    Hey Hilly

    What is your thoughts on the deca only cycle so far? Is it still to early to say or have you came to a mid conclusion of sort yet?

    So far i can’t honesty say.

    I was on 1g test a week for 3-4 weeks.

    I’m now 4 weeks into NPP n low mast only. The test is only now dropping to a low level
    N I would say the next 2-3 weeks will be very telling of how things are.

    So far tho I have noticed

    I’m less bloated over all
    Sex drive real high
    Overall feel is good
    Strength is high
    Recovery is ok as always

    Good quality cheaper – bulk powders

    fact is bulk powders stuff is very good no doubt and cheaper – their protein powders are fantastic, tested and good quality. I have used their beef iso for years and tried the yamamoto one a couple of months ago and they are identical in every way just more expensive.

    In terms of pre workouts – theres are ok but pale in comparison to something like prepare as do their intra powders but its a ‘you get what you pay for’ kind of things.

    I put links to both sup needs and bulk powders for all my clients and let them choose based on budget. Not many want to spend all there free cash on expensive supps the same as not all would spend what I do on sunglasses lol. that doesn’t mean you cant get decent ones cheaper

    Stick with 40mcg for atleast another week or 2 and then you can do 60 or 80mcg for another 2-3 weeks before needing a break IMO and I would run some Diph after 3-4 weeks for 7-10 days.

    I see no issues with running clen 8-10 weeks consistently if its needed.

    I like to up carbs in training days pre and post with some additional good fats.

    I like to keep cardio and output higher as food comes in and turn the body into a hard working machine.

    Then back off on output as we go.

    This is person dependant obviously.

    In terms of EAA n protein etc in my opinion it makes little overall difference n that’s more or less a fact lol.

    Scientifically once you hit the leucine threshold increase in PS is done. Bu are supplying EAA in the end.

    So then it comes down to which one provides extra things alongside the EAA etc.

    Which are you getting more of what you want/need for your money
