    I used to be adamant this wasn’t true but have come to accept over the years that once you take the genetic factor out of it its true.

    You want to big bigger than ever before in terms of LBM you need more increased food, increased training, increased gear. Progressive overload on all aspects.

    Science has shown to some extent that taking TUDCA while orals are being taken can have a negative effect.

    Im sure dean has mentioned it and ive seen it on another board to just take the tudca away from the orals.

    I always take orals pre and pwo and if on a rest day at the same time (evening) and then take all health supplements first thing so this should prevent any issues.

    I have used them in the past and liked them.

    More during periods of illness and when energy is lacking and during prep and they did seem to help a little I thought but it could of been placebo and it was only because I was given them for free.

    I do feel they have more benefits during times or malnutrition and illness than anything else.

    ALA is a glucose disposal agent and helps our body shuttle/store our CHO more effectively.

    I would take this with my 2-3 biggest carb meals for sure – so pre and post most likely and then possibly meal 1.

    Funds allowing during a bulk id be tempted to run with every carb meal and would monitor my fasting BG to test this.

    All looks ok to me.

    AI can be bad for cholesterol etc so I would increase this. I would look to maybe add a little masteron to your cruise dose and drop the test down to 175/200mg with 100mg mast.

    This would likely see a better E value and allow you to drop the adex which should improve cholesterol

    Do you reccomend psyllium husk fiber for constipation?

    It depends on what is causing the constipation and if other factors are looked at first.

    So are you totally blocked up – if so it may make things worse

    shitting rabbit droppings – it may make it worse before better.

    I prefer to add in a soluble only fibre first which helps draw fluid into the bowels and soften the stools before I add more insoluble that provides roughage etc.

    Hey Hilly

    Currently taking 10ml super strength omega 3 a day. Giving me 3,3g EHA 2,2g DHA.

    Jordan mentioned Krill Oil in his Anavar video.. is it something I should add to my health stock on top of the Fish Oil?

    What dosages you recommend? Krill is more expensive, but from my short reading it seems to be FAR more beneficial?

    What dosages do you recommend? Should you mix the two or could Krill Oil cover you alone?

    Hello buddy,

    I don’t take any extra omega 3 now as I use 20-30ml of mac oil per day and eat 150g fresh salmon daily. I feel this should provide enough omega 3 for any one and rather get it from food.

    I then add in 2 bulk powders krill oil tablets daily. I have only added these in around a month ago but I do feel there worth money

    Increase water high

    3-4g vitamin C per day.

    Next time don’t be fat n greedy lol

    Workout was great and weights the same or up across the board so happy there.

    Done some research today n it is as I thought – my use of the mag grip n no straps that has caused the forearm grip muscle tendinitis. My own silly fault but I can fix it from here ????????????
