    As mark says – loads of options.

    My current pro/fat meals are

    salmond and eggs

    beef iso and mac oil.

    I use my pro/fat meals for 2 main purposes.

    1 – periods of low/0 insulin production to help increase insulin sensitivity etc

    2 – give digestion a rest/time for stomach to empty for higher food periods i.e around training

    As Kuba states it depends on how you are using it.

    I actually found I maintained better leg size and detail this last prep using it for my PWO cardio but I am not fond on the idea of using it fasted

    I notice my legs flatten off if I use the cross trainer for my fasted cardio so stairs is a no go.

    It very much I think depends on when you use it in relation to other things.

    So I like to use it on my off days for cardio and my PWO cardio as I do feel it aids in glute/ham detail although technically this should be bullshit I don’t believe it is.

    I do limit its use tho and I don’t try and be a clever arse and go fast on it. I keep ym HR around 115-120 and sometimes I must look n idiot going so slow on it pwo but such as life.

    So I rested up sat/sunday/Monday as I really am sick of the tendinitis in my arms, they food feel a lot better today.

    HAd a BBQ at mine Friday that got very messy and out of hand because well that’s what I like to do every now and again. Every one knows I enjoy my social life and im not one of these to pretend I don’t and wear that bodybuilding badge of honour or miss out on the things I enjoy.

    So from here I am still sat at 232/233 and will be back to 235 after today and 2moro so my goal was always 240 plus and ibe been holding 235 now for a while so as stated above pre and post Humalog now is in with 10iu gh pre. This is going to be ran 3 x a week.

    Food is now going up to 4750 training days and 3000kcal rest days.

    I am saying this here – I WILL BE 240 BY BODY POWER NO MATTER WHAT.

    Aim is to then not drop down to far during the stag do the week after and then hold 240 for another couple of weeks before I move into prep.

    Great log. I’ve just read it from start to finish to try and avoid asking any questions that you might have already covered.

    When you’re doing bloods on cycle, and when you’re talking about being happy with your results – is that in reference to readings such as cholesterol, blood cells, kidney and liver health?

    Do you also have a view on when you introduce an AI into your cycle, is there a magic number of total testosterone that you hit which dictates when you start to implement Aromasin/Arimidex? I.e. 1g of total test per week = implementing AI.

    Thanks in advance, will keep an eye on this log moving forwards.

    So I’m monitoring all the results n then being logical. Some markers are expected to be out but then only so far out is acceptable.

    So I no for me based on bloods 0.5mg adex daily keeps me in range or just on 500-1g test. From
    Mid range on 500 to 1000 in top
    End or just over.

    This seems to be similar for a lot but there is a huge variance.

    So with clients I do have rough doses depending on the client n set up but then prefer bloods at. 4 weeks to be accurate

    Asked a few of the others on this, what is your thought?

    When in offseason and putting in muscle .. how many pounds do you typically aim for weekly? I know this is highly individual.. but as a rule of thump in your opinion and what you’ve experienced with friends / clients / your self? ????

    Weekly judgement makes no sense. You could go 2 weeks with no gain then Jump 4 the next. Same as dieting.

    I like 4-6 a month. However bear in mind a change of drugs could cause a big jump etc so have to consider all.

    for me I love it in offseason.
    it does act like a superlight AI, so a bit of e2 reduction happens. It drops a bit of water and gives you some power.
    My energy level increases a lot ! But all in all, its more a cosmetic thing and i wont do it in your second cycle.

    what was your first cycle ?

    Im a huge fan of mast when used for this purpose

    As Kuba says make sure you are fully hydrated going to bed and drink soon as you wake up.

    Then you don’t need to eat straight away as long as its within an hour normally I would say.

    If this is still difficult then I would look to try a liquid meal.

    I like to start with BW in KG x 3 as an average or BW in lb x 1.3-1.5. This can vary a little but not much.

    Then make the rest with carbs and fats

    We got there ages ago bud when I explained it doesn’t state MG any were n always IU

    so I believe this is what dean was getting at when he stated there no need to know the iu

    Interesting – could you point out we’re so we can get the incorrect info amended.

    This is the confusion. I’ve never seen it discussed in MG n it doesn’t come up as that any were in my research or google.

    There just be a mg amount at some point to be fair I’m guessing like as it is powder

    Dave P might have said mg. he might of said IU. I have no idea who those guys are posting but they are only questioning things themselves so certainly not we’re I would be taking guidance from.

    Most of my google search stuff even in studies comes up as 75iu. Did u find any Mg stuff.

    I’m slightly interested myself now

    So legs tonight n was a awesome session. No knee pain so adding extension in pre leg press along side physio has helped loads

    Adductor / abductor SS x 2 work sets

    1 leg HS extension – x 8, x13f, x FOURs

    Leg press 6 x 10 1 min rest. 330 x 6 sets of 10. Disgusting

    Seated leg press feet high n side with orange band – x8, x 17f, x 12f

    Seated 1 leg ham curl – x8, x 7f, x FOURs

    1 leg seated leg press – x 8, x 17f

    Pre bed for long slin would make no sense. If m when I do add it in it goes in with pre without meal

    No it’s not really bud. It’s only 3 x a week

    Less than 5iu a day if u average it out.

    Just the fast pre n post should control my sugars.

    I ran lantus before n it worked very well but was pumped 24/7 n it caused my tendinitis or aided in it I feel
