    Shoulder and tricep B workout last night.

    Was a very good workout and strength was up and up.

    Seated machine lateral – 6 x 12 – 1 min rest
    db against wall front raise – x 10, x 10f, x 12f
    1 arm behind back cable raise – x 10, x 11f, x 16f
    double cuff front raise – x 8, x 14f, x 17f

    double cuff push down (for inner tricep head) 6 x 10 with 1 minute rest
    1 arm cuff push down across body – x 10, x 12f, x 16f
    Rope OH – stack x 19f, x 16f – need to use different machine here not heavy enough.

    Cant see that you have had this question yet, so here goes… how did you get the diagnosise IBS ?? Think that i got it to :-/

    Well their is no medical diagnosis in reality and to be fair I don’t feel. Its not like they run blood test and say right your allergic to this or that like with celiacs etc.

    You just need to work out what foods irritate your digestive system etc. Doctors tends to say IBS if they are not sure and my doctor printed off a list of drugs to try lmao. I was like errrrr no thanks im not just going through one at a time. this was around 7 years ago however.

    So I paid to go private, still no good, paid for cholonics and all sorts of different remedies/tests etc and what it came down to in the end was becoming more and more knowledgeable on the digestive system, nutrition and my own body and then working things out.

    This is now what I do with clients and I probably have almost as many clients who are health based and looking to improve digestion and remove IBS type symptoms than I do fitness and body comp related.

    Whenever Meg is injecting you in your trap, where and what angle is she doing it from.

    My GF is using a 27G, 0.5 Inch needle, when doing my traps.

    Looking at the picture.

    Would you ask her to do it like:

    Black arrow: Where you sit down, she’s standing and injecting in a 90 degree straight down, at the peak of up the trap.

    Red arrow: Where she’s coming abit from a side downward angle, and injecting more from the side.

    between the black and red arrow is sound by me looking at those pictures. I think it also depends how big you are.

    I have done a few of jordans shots and his traps are the size of most peoples legs so he has loads of room for injects between those 2 arrows.

    I am much smaller and would opt for the black arrow only etc.

    They don’t come in 75 and 150 packs.

    So if you wan 75 just take half of the 150.

    How are you tapering up in 10mcg? All tablets come in 20-40mcg and usually 40mcg as there are no real Pharma clen around any more as the drug isn’t prescribed any were in the world I don’t thing.

    How long have you been on the Eq, this can give some lethargy?

    I would suggest getting bloods done.

    They look fine to me and the TSH is only just elevated however I would speak to your doctor and keep it monitored as it can be early signs for a piturity issue.

    However your T4 is on the higher end which is a good sign, unfortunately there is no free T3 test which is the most important part.

    Should BP be checked daily or is 2 times a week on my rest days sufficient?

    Also my reading mor/night differ in the diastolic. Mornings being in the 60s whilst night being in the upper 40s. Is such
    low reading worrying?

    I would check it a couple of times a week on waking and pre bed maybe once a month. Not just on rest days. This is in my opinion the best approach.

    To be honest though I just check mine every few weeks and do it first thing. From working within the NHS for many years and speaking to several high level doctors etc they all say its about constant elevation that you need to be careful of and that if your usually around 120/80 then their is no worry even if you see the odd elevated reading here or there as it can be many things causing it.

    Hi guys need some help. I’m 6ft 6, 19st 6lbs, I’m a scaffolder which brings between 5/6 miles a day of walking I train p/p/l split after work. I would like to lose weight as I’m carrying probably between 15-20% body fat mostly mid section. My calories are 3000/3500 I try to eat 4/5 meals a day. Now my question is do I need to up my food as I have a active job and then training and I’m not eating enough to lose weight or do I need eat less and do fasted cardio. Sorry for the limited knowledge on my food intake.

    there is no such thing as not eating enough to loose weight lol, the patients on my eating disorder unit confirm this for a fact.

    you are just consuming more than you are burning buddy, look to start tracking your food intake or just clean it up and remove any snacks/high kcal sauces etc etc.

    I agree with Kuba on that based with your job you shouldn’t need cardio or not a lot however I would consider doing a 30-45 minute fasted cardio spell on days you do not work to keep output up etc.

    What’s your guys opinion on force feeding in off season to push the food? If you’re at the 2.5-3 hour mark between meals but don’t feel hungry should I still keep eating my meals or possibly lower food? (Weight will drop if I drop any food)

    Digestion problems has to do with tren, I have 3 weeks left on my cycle and don’t want to cut it short unless it’s the best thing to do

    My opinion would be to drop the tren ASAP initially. No point taking AAs if you cant eat to maximise it.

    Second the trick is to eat foods that will be processed quickly through the body so you are hungry for your meals.

    Avoid high fibre foods etc and opt for white rice/potato/chicken/fish/turkey/eggs/salmon/ground rice/isolate/cereals/fruit etc etc

    Back Sunday night n straight back to things yesterday.

    However had full body adjustment / physio session so just did calf n abs n cardio.
