    So legs last night was awesome.

    Great progress n barely any knee pain. Very happy indeed.

    Weigh has dropped to 233 n feel a touch less bloated as test is tapering down. It’s been over 2 weeks since I had any test.

    I feel good so far but won’t be able to say for sure how NPP only if for another 2-3 weeks.

    I would never recommend an oral only cycle.

    Useless in my opinion, you loose everything you “gain”, which is 80-90% water.

    Sure, olympic medals may be won with orals, but thats not the same as bodybuilding.

    whole different thing.

    You want to throw the hammer over a greater distance, an oral cycle can do wonders ! Javelin, discus, everything performance and power is needed will profit.

    You want to improve your physique with a 4 week oral cycle? forget it, 4 weeks isnt enough to build muscle. Power output and performance increases, but afterwards everything is gone.

    250 e5d test for about 16 weeks will do A LOT more with less sides.

    But thats just my opinion ????

    But no one mentioned a 4 week oral cycle.

    Running the orals I mentioned can and do increase all markers to increase muscle.

    My example of Olympics was based Around the fact they improve performance which in the gym with food leads to an improved physique.

    Injection is always the better option it’s also not viable for most.

    As a lot are just wanting to look better for a certain period of time etc n thus oral only is very suitable.

    For a bodybuilder not but every one here isn’t a ‘body builder’ per say n just looking to look good n speed up progress.

    Not push the boundaries etc.

    4 weeks of anything Is a waste I’ll give u that n injecting is better agreed to.

    However he doesn’t want to n thus can make gains from oral only. Ideal ? Not to us but possibly for him

    1 – likely there will be an increase from glycogen retention etc so this will be similar to previous

    2 – photos, clothes and the scale

    3 – 1-3lb – its very rarely linear.

    4 – when progress stops and cardio has been increased

    Dam im getting bored of those on here saying oral only cycles wont work, are a waste blah blah blah.

    Do you guys know how many Olympic gold medals have been won on oral only cycles and that before the world became junkies it was the norm in bodybuilding to start oral only.

    Why risk an injection etc if your just wanting a bit of a boost to your physique. Immense results can be seen from dbol/tbol/anavar and winny only cycles.

    Dam I must help 20-40 people get ready to to go Ibiza/marbs etc on just orals and would put half of these serious bodybuilders to shame in terms of condition sometimes.

    In my opinion go with Tbol if wanting to focus on gaining size or Anavar if wanting to focus on getting lean and improving body composition.

    From here if you decided you wanted to enhance your physique further you could look to injections but for most people the look they want could be achieved with orals, and diet/training on point 100%

    I have ran it for 16 weeks before with no issues to my blood results.

    Sleep was screwed for 10 weeks of that etc and acid reflux became and issue but both of these happen with me from tren no matter what.

    I think it depends on your overall lifestyle and how your body genetically handles drugs.

    these are to 2 factors most overlooked yet by far the most important in my opinion.

    I doubt ill run tren for longer than 10-12 weeks again. I feel for me personally my sleep takes to much of a hit.

    there is no doubt though the longer you run it the more impressive your physique will change.

    So if the aim is to gain as much muscle as possible

    Your body fat is acceptable

    Your training your arse off

    Doing your cardio

    N your still hungry then bloody eat, this isn’t a who can gain muscle at the slowest rate comp. this is body building n you need food to grow.

    Now what to eat ? More of the foods your already eating – I’ll usually warm jasmine rice up , throw a scoop of beef isolate in and some almond butter n cinnamon n enjoy that.

    If it’s Pwo I’ll have another little bowl cereal – this usually ends up being a big bowl tho lol

    Hey guys!! So the day has finally come !!! I’ve been cruising since October last year, after speaking with jordan it’s time to blast and grow !! We’ve decided to keep food where it is. It’s high and I’m still struggling to get it all in so it’s a ramp up in drugs to compliment an already high kcal diet. We are going to start with 400 test, 400 tren, 700 npp! I’m also keeping the 2iu gh am and pm. This is the first time I’ve ever blasted. And first time I’ve ever used tren in an off season. So I’m very excited. I will be getting bloods done mid cycle to check everything’s ok. And I’ll be donating blood regularly too. I’ll add my current diet (well what I’m trying to get in) – when I say trying I’m getting the calories in but just having to substitute some meals for easier kcals.

    Training day

    Meal 1 – 150g extra lean beef, 3 eggs, 6 whites – veggies
    Meal 2 – pre workout – 100g cof, 40g protein from iso, 50g blueberries
    Intra – 3 scoops mps max, 1 scoop sustain.
    Pwo – 40g protein from iso, 7g creatine monohydrate
    Meal 3 – pwo – 100g basmati rice, 200g extra lean beef, peas, 1 and a half bagel, 35g jam, 120g cereal
    Meal 4 – 100g oats, 40g protein from isolate, 100g blueberries
    Meal 5 – 150g sweet potato, 200g chicken
    Meal 6 – 200g chicken, veggies
    Meal 7 – 200g 0% fat yogurt, 20g protein from iso

    I’ll also be restocking all health supps

    My morning ritual is
    Multivitamin
    Ashwagahnda
    Citrus bergamot
    Tudca
    Omega 3 fish oil
    Solgar 7 joint care
    Vitamin k2, d3
    Boswellia

    tren ace effects people differently to tren E so again this makes no sense buddy.

    I feel adding tren a for just 3-4 weeks is silly IMO and should be ran for 6 weeks minimum.
