thanks to everyone for their input since I was contemplating it for so long I decided it wouldnt be the right idea looking to compete maybe September instead or just carry on with a year out

What would you attribute your leg mass too? Higher volume legs or just heavy.
Nothing that im aware of, no pin or noticeable gyno distribution around pec. Again so many worried about gyno and its really just there bodyfat and water retention going up lol.
Gyno is a hard/full usually sore gland feeling behind the nipple and very obvious.
You can see all my leg sessions in here and they have always been similar, never been a high volume guy, high high intensity and usually nasty 20-100 rep sets thrown in, rest pause, 5 x 10 with 10 seconds rest etc.
I have very good connection with my quads, they pump up so dam bad its agony every leg session no lie, I think im just lucky/well trained in that area. @Jordan will tell you ive always trained hard but my legs have always responded very well. Then again ive always loved training them due to being able to push to scary places with them lol.
I don’t believe its down to either volume or weight. I believe its down to over all intensity and progressively pushing this. Your on your legs from a very very early age and they are one of the most worked muscles in terms of muscles we train. So I believe you must be able to push them harder than other muscles.
look at a bodybuilding stage – those with big legs are the ones who train hard 9 times out of 10.

So first things first
what you do at the end of a cycle is totally up to you, cutting in PCT isn’t a great idea.
Cutting at the end of a cycle if your still on cycle is totally fine and can make sense.,
How much fat you can loose depends on yourself, your diet capabilities and also how fat you are now.
Adding clen – well if your wanting to burn more kcal and more fat then adding a drug that does this makes perfect sense, considering clen also has a diuretic effect id say again makes a lot of sense.
You don’t need to change or add to your drugs at all to drop bodyfat. However if I was wanting to make drastic changes and just had 4 weeks I would add winstrol and not tren.

whats your cruise dose? have you had any blood work done? generally you come down to keep your health levels in check. You would need atleast a trt dose as you’ve not come off for a while.
Do you think one can recover natural testosterone, after blasting and cruising for let’s say 3 years?

So the first obvious step for me would be to remove all dairy. Protein powder the lot.
After this I would look to add 15-20g glutamine with 1/2 fresh lemon and warm water on waking each day.
I would also look to add a fresh pre biotic like sauerkraut in 2-3 x a day 20-30g or so

Have had a few days break from cardio this week as felt full of cold and didn’t want to be going in and out in the freezing cold now temp has dropped again.
However that extra hour of sleep makes me feel so tired all day its shocking lol so back up and at it 2moro and Friday
Training till Thursday this week and then taking Friday/Sat/Sunday off as im away in Edinburgh on a joint bday trip for me and Charlotte.

Considering Clen is anti catabolic I can’t imagine so.

My BP (last reading) was 103/64.
I’m currently awaiting the results of blood-work, and when I find the results I’ll add the GP’s comments.
My appetite is meh- I know this is quite vague, but somedays it’s better than others, but for the most part it causes me to under-eat.
Blood work first then working with some one who has experience in this area would defo make sense.
as Corinne stated locally may be an ideal first port of call. I do work within the NHS as a dietetic assistant and nhs so I would happy to discuss some tujings with you

When trying to gain mass, starting from a lean perspective is an advantage.. better nutrient uptake, better insulin sensitivity etc..
In your opinion what is to fat? And does this mean that ideally you would cut down to near stage condition before starting a bulk face? You seems to be VERY lean year around.
Hi Mike,
I think the best way to start a bulk is from as lean as possible. Now for most this is no were near stage condition as that’s sub 5% and most just wont ever achieve that. I feel one should diet diet to a lean state were they can see full abs or close (persona dependant) splits in legs and vascularity throughout arms.
I feel the cut should be pushed until one feels they are dropping in strength etc and then look to lean bulk from here.
The way I explain bulking/growing to my clients is we are doing everything we can to gain as much muscle as a first goal, while doing all we can to limit fat gain as a second goal (taken from Dante trudel, as I feel he said it best like this).
