When trying to gain mass, starting from a lean perspective is an advantage.. better nutrient uptake, better insulin sensitivity etc..
In your opinion what is to fat? And does this mean that ideally you would cut down to near stage condition before starting a bulk face? You seems to be VERY lean year around.

I think the best way to start a bulk is from as lean as possible. Now for most this is no were near stage condition as that’s sub 5% and most just wont ever achieve that. I feel one should diet diet to a lean state were they can see full abs or close (persona dependant) splits in legs and vascularity throughout arms.
I feel the cut should be pushed until one feels they are dropping in strength etc and then look to lean bulk from here.
The way I explain bulking/growing to my clients is we are doing everything we can to gain as much muscle as a first goal, while doing all we can to limit fat gain as a second goal (taken from Dante trudel, as I feel he said it best like this).

I’m 22.
My BP (last reading) was 103/64.
I’m currently awaiting the results of blood-work, and when I find the results I’ll add the GP’s comments.
My appetite is meh- I know this is quite vague, but somedays it’s better than others, but for the most part it causes me to under-eat.
Blood work first then working with some one who has experience in this area would defo make sense.
as Corinne stated locally may be an ideal first port of call. I do work within the NHS as a dietetic assistant and nhs so I would happy to discuss some tujings with you

I’d invest in some body fat callipers.
Take a 3 or 5 point reading n monitor numbers.

Your basically starving your self lean – barely enough carbs to function n support training but not enough to be in ketosis.
Not enough fats to support a ketosis based diet n function well/ train etc.
Madness at ten weeks out as you will defo loose size on way down here n feel like crap.
I would re assess diet n get yourself in a better place.
I would have 3-4 days double carbs your on to start.
I would double carbs in low days.
Re assess in a week

So sat was just a chest workout working Round tendon issue then a 45 minute physio app that was tool based soft tissue work n it was disgusting lol.
Have to rest up till 2moro.

Legs tonight.
Knees were in agony but strength was fantastic.
I’ve come to realise my tendon issues is just from body n water weight causing tension through tendons etc.
Very annoying but I’ll work through long as I can.
Food nailed at 4400 kcal
Had missed a meal
So got a gluten free double chicken pizza tonight for second post workout meal.Kcal n protein same as always. Just just a touch higher n carbs a touch lower.
Workout is as usual legs B. As I say strength n connection great.
Knee pain not so great ????????
