    If it’s not effecting your look or progress then there may be no need fact is buddy.

    Grenada bars are pretty decent ingredients.

    Most would just rather eat those kcals as you’d get more out of the cals that way.

    However if a bar is your only option or it’s don’t eat for over 4 hours then keep it in.

    Test is very high which tells me you may have taken bloods day after a jab ?

    Estro looks fine

    Cortisol is much better n I would say acceptable

    @hilly Im currently running ~900 test ew, that’s not alot if you ask me, and with the npp experiment im planning on running 300-400test e4d, that’s low for me. Everyone is different, I feel good on 1.5-2g test. Would the sides really be that bad with some test added to the npp? Hows your mood and libido on zero test high npp?

    I have no idea yet

    Niether does Jordan as he Is only just getting to the point we’re test etc leaving.

    I only stopped test last Thursday so be 4 weeks before I know

    Hey guys! After watching Jordans video where he spoke about his “high npp” cycle it made me think a little. I am pretty advanced, weighing 118kg pretty lean atm “deep” abs, full and veiny. My current cycle is:
    250 sust eod
    150npp eod
    200tren e eod
    0.5 adex eod

    I want to try something new and something that is more healthy. I would love to run Primo but its really hard to find real Primo in sweden and its super expensive. I have always been a high test guy but im thinking about trying something more similar to Jordans cycle. So here’s what I would like to try:
    300-450npp eod
    500-600test e4d
    0.5adex eod

    What do you think i can expect from a cycle like this in comparison to something like the cycle im running now? Please give me your opinion on this and excuse my awful english

    so this is absoloutly nothing like the cycle Jordan and myself are running as an experiment.

    The idea behind the high NPP only cycle is that when their is no Test the sides are reportedly much lower to non existant.

    See the way it seems to work is NPP and similar compounds enhance the sides of Test and can send estro etc even wrose.

    What you are suggesting here may end up worse than a higher test, lower NPP and Higher NPP and no test route lol.

    What is your thought pattern behind running a supra dose of test (2-3 x the normal) with super high NPP on top??

    As no one in this game is right or wrong we just come up with theories and ways of running things that way work based on science and anecdotal evidence.

    So im just curious as to what info you are basing this on? So that we can discuss further.

    D handle underhand pull down – 6 x 8 1 min rest. Got all 6 x 8 so wil up weight

    Incline dB row – x 9, x 11

    Dual D handle pull down – x 5, x 13

    1 arm seated cable row – x 15, x FOURs

    Lay D handle upright row – 3 sets 15-20 Reps

    Pec dec rear delt – x 14, x 12
