    So big big leg session today that I’m buzzing about as knee pain was almost gone n session was great.

    Moved extension to pre leg press has helped loads.

    1 leg lie curl – x 9, x 11
    Extension- x 10, x 12
    Leg press – x 11, x 21 RP
    Seated hack – x 14
    Seated ham curl – x 9, 1 x fours set
    Adductor – 1 x RP
    Abductor – 1 x RP

    Disgusting

    You still running lantus? Or not anymore? Were you running a GDA alongside lantus when you did use it?

    Stopped the lantus. I feel it may of been contributing to my tendinitis as I was constantly pumped 24/7 lol.

    So now I’m just using a little log with my Pwo meal

    I’m just bloody annoyed it was my idea n now you have started it before me.

    I suppose what’s going to be really good and me n Jordan have been doing this stuff to learn for over ten years Is.

    We are obviously at to different levels with different physiques.

    So we’re both starting with a NPP base n our diets n day to day life isn’t changing much for the first couple of weeks up to 6 weeks so we can get a great insight how this drug change effects both of us.

    Then I think Jordan may up his dose.

    I am going to add in dbol.

    We will then see how we both react and between us add this collected data to our already huge bank of data.

    We have been doing this n experimenting n logging stuff for ever n it’s one of the things we live for to be honest.

    In my opinion when it gets to the later stages of a cut the more solid food the better and I would prioritise this over all liquids especially when looking at carbs.

    I’d rather eat more post workout than drink carbs intra n it’s a scientific fact they are not needed for protein synthesis etc. It’s the aminos that are more important n if you are not having those no need for carbs in my opinion.

    I feel taking in your fibre pre bed is the best approach and have found this with almost all clients I have worked with.

    Especially a soluble fibre which I feel most BB benefit from.

    This draws water into our stools making them easier to pass. Taking this pre bed allows this process to happen overnight and then natural waking stimulation etc or a strong coffee will help movement ????

    I would advise 500mg test E per week split into 2 injects 12 weeks

    Then drop to 150mg 6 weeks

    Then 500mg test 12 weeks.

    You will make huge gains in this if all is in place.

    It looks like you have done all your research. Time to learn your body as you progress n see how far you can push.

    Nope. There is more n more research coming out showing how they are bad for us long term.

    Now so is elevated estrogen.

    So I would give the test 6 weeks then run a hormone blood test.

    If estro is to high I would look to low dose nolva or Adex.

    I’m really re assessing my views of AI n trying to do additional reading.

    You want estro in range using the most minimal needed n if possible none.

    With this being your first cycle finding out how your body reacts to 500mg test in terms of test level, free test , estro etc will be crucial info to guide you going forward and aid in blast n cruise approach

    So weight today 236. This is now n all time high so pleased with this.

    Have used 5iu insulin pwo with the gh that gone in this week. This has given me 3ish lb of water.

    Tendons are sore today but nothing major.

    Shoulders n chest later on.

    I have also upped the intensity of my cardio. Walking on n incline aggravates my bad back but I’m playing with different % n speeds to keep my HR around 110.

    4.5-5 with speed 4.5 hurts back n is stiff all morning

    Tried 2.5/5.2 n feels much better n gave HR of circa 110 so will continue with this.

    No change in food still at circa 4000-4100
