this is the last week of fertility drugs and I go for bloods next Monday at the end of my 7 week cruise before I start to push things hard.
Im switching from meditrope to ansamone this week to see if water retention is less as it is ridiculous from the meditrope for some reason.
I am currently running 6iu split intpo 3 doses. I wanted to run 10iu 3 x a week but I feel the water will be to much when I add in the hormones next week and will elevate blood pressure and kidney stress to much.

All food nailed yesterday as per. Playing about with some food choices to see how I am going to increase food from here in the next week or 2. Going to add some gluten free bread in with jam PWO and switch rice from basmati to jasmine I think.
I have also switched out turkey mince 7% to 2% to lower fats from here so I can add more carbs during the day and then add Mac nut oil pre bed/during the night shake.
Arms B yesterday
EZ bar curls – 6 sets 12 reps with 1 minute rest – got all 6 sets of 12 so progress and will increase next time
reverse grip cable push down – 6 sets of 10 reps with 1 minute rest – got all 6 sets of 10.1 arm concentration curl on bench – 2 work sets – up in weight
1 arm rope push down – 1 heavy set – up in reps and 1 set of 4’sflat bar cable curl to nose – 1 work set – up in weight and reps, 1 set 4’s
Oh rope – 2 work sets – up in repspinwheels – did one set and hurts forearm tendons to much switching this out for
rope cable curls – 2 work sets 15 reps.
Week now switches over to A this week and is back tonight 🙂

Thanks. Yes I’ve had all bloods ran several times as a matter of course when they diagnose you.
Great – Do you know what sort of dose is sensible to start at for a woman – and sensible to work up to a max dose?I would start at 20Mcg.
I wouldn’t go past 80Mcg for a female but sometimes needs must if in comp prep.

HHmmm this isn’t a side effect I would relay to anavar wether its Pharma or UGl as I have used both over the years. It was likely due to blood pressure as im sure your aware.
We do all react differently to drugs tho so maybe your body just doesn’t tolerate Var

@hilly thanks. Unfortunately there is no cure for CFS…I’ve had it for 11 years trust me I wish there was someone I could hire! Thanks tho

By fix I mean ways of improving it which I’m sure there is.
From my limited reading improving the bodies overall functionality- digestion, absorption, reducing inflammation etc can all improve this.
As well as some natural herbs so to speak.
Just some thoughts.
In terms of Clen. You can use it from the start.
For females N particularly in your case I would try cycling it with Clen n avoiding stims all together. I would also look at getting your free T3 and free t4 checked

It really sounds like you’d be better off hiring some one to try fix the CFS and work with you to learn your body and build up metabolism/digestion and overall health while helping you drop body weight.

The majority of the stuff available then was Pharma so dosed correctly unlike today I remember using Anavar whilst dieting for a show it only came in 2.5mg tabs them days and I took 10 so 25mg a day but had to cut back to 20mg due to the sides Today the majority of Anavar comes in 50mg tablets and lads are taking 150mg plus makes you think
People don’t take 300mg oxy now tho to counter this.
So has var got worse but oxy better lol

4 weeks after cycle.hcg 500iu every 2 day’s for 20 day’s.
Time frame between hcg n test

Test doses are 6-750mg.
EQ and deca – 4-600mg
Tren 450mg to 600mg.
Oxy 1-300mg
Dbol up to 100mg.
Nothing outrageous but decent enough

I would only worry if it didn’t go after 7-9 days personally.

It depends on the use of the oral etc.
Is it your main anabolic – then daily.
Is it on top of injects. If so then pre gym only
