    I’ll get the snotty nose part of the post out of the way first, you could go from 15-10% while staying on your cruise dose, keeping e2 and water retention low will likely be your main goals for this cycle I’m presuming since you don’t want to use an AI.

    Your previous cycle of test e and tren e would be fine again, I’d probably add a couple hundred mg of mast e in also, maybe some var after a few weeks to help with strength retention.

    Other things you could look at adding would be primo, dhb, winny but the simplest cycles imo still tend to be the best, keep the focus on diet and cardio.

    @Hilly : unable to do blood work, we don’t have something like medichecks here in Belgium and a simple estrogen check would cost me 130 euro…

    So yeh, would more like be preventing the problem by adding tamoxifen. Since I think this would be a better idea than upping the Arimidex?

    I do have to say I gained a lot of water weight since starting the Anadrol one week ago. Especially around my midsection, which is unusual for me.

    It’s a tricky one.

    I would try nolva 10mg daily n 0.5mg adex Monday wed Friday

    Aromasin at 12.5 Ed a lot of the time , if Estro is high , then 25 , but I don’t like aromatising compounds much

    Digestion is absolutely shot today from the tren and orals. I have to drop these tbh , I can’t stay on them when there isn’t a comp looming , so SD tren combo is off.

    I haven’t ever tried a high nandrolone cycle before with ultra low test. It would keep bloat down more so than higher test imo. I have heard of guys doing these with absolutely no test alongside at all too hmm . That would be interesting

    Seems to me Jordan that over the years your liking for test has diminished greatly, starting from using high test back in the day, to now realising that low test with the massively decreased sides it brings is more optimal. I challenge you to ditch the test and give high nandrolone a try, (obv not right away but in your next offseason) quite simply you will realise that even 400mg of test brings about with it a huge amount of sides within itself. With nandrolone base cycles you’ll quickly finds that estrogen simply does not go out of wack at all, which gives the benefit of not needing ai’s constantly which come with a host of side effects in itself. Deca shuts your testosterone down? Of course it does, all steroids do. What matters is we replace this drug with an androgen that can support our male functions. Dianabol, Deca (nandrolone), Equipoise all fit that bill. The big reason being here is they are all androgens that also convert to estrogen. Which is needed for androgens to even work on the androgen receptor.
    . Dosage wise ive used deca up to 3g per week, extreme you might say, and yes it may be, but when 3g of deca base causes less side effects than 400mg of test for most and bloodwork was for the most part actually surprisingly good then 3g per week quickly becomes an extremely manageable dosage

    Funnily max me n Jordan have been discussing this for the last few weeks.

    We have always heard n known of these cycles but never tried.

    It was actually a discussion with yourself couple months ago that got me thinking – we’ve heard this got the 12-14 years we’ve known each other n been doing this but never tried ‘

    So I said I would in a few weeks m Jordan after show.

    However now he’s not comping we are both going to run it.

    It’s possibly the only thing in bodybuilding between us we havnt tried n played with n that doesn’t sit right.

    So away we go n it will be very interesting to see how we both respond

    Hi Ryan just a thought have you ever tried high rep leg work consistently? Reason i’m asking is that in your previous leg log youre squatting very considerable weights and yet you’d expect your legs to be larger. Not to say your legs arnt impressive but perhaps youre conditioning your legs for strength rather than size now

    I do agree with this thought and have done the same with a few clients with great success.

    Legs does seem to be the bodypart that needs n explodes from higher rep work n constant tension with heavy weight.

    So trained back today using a touch more warm ups n seemed to help. Working sets were just down in Reps which was good n expected.

    Tendons were no major issue.

    Hit 4kcal no issue. 360p, 470c, 70f I think.

    Early night and then lots client work 2moro as well as shoulders n chest then sushi ????????.

    Weight today 231 so climbing back up slowly.

    I have severe milk issues and cant use any form of whey at all.

    I find beef isolate and redcon MRE lite the best I just cant get hold of this at all.

    I have used a lot of beef isolates and found bulk powders to be identical to yamamoto interterms of mix ability, taste, froth etc etc so I just use bulk powders in general as its cheaper.

    I do also like the sci tec beef hydrolysed and use this when I fancy something that tastes a little better.

    Hhmmm. Ok yeh to find any whey including the most processed isolates that don’t cause me issues. Even most hydrolysed whey does in small amounts.

    Hence me asking why ????. The product looks decent but not for me. It’s still milk n won’t agree with myself.

    I put my usual 2.2ml in lol. They do say in for a penny in for a pound lolol.
    It’s a little tight as expected with a new site n 2 ml. 2moro will be the best tell.
