    so ive just been reading on protein cheese haha (things i never thought i would say!)
    i don’t quite understand HOW it is that high in protein…more so than milk would be…as its just made from milk and salt…

    its asking in the FAQ section and their reply is – ‘The clever part is in the skills of our cheese makers.’

    so not really an answer…!

    if it tastes good and you like it , then why not eat it…but i wouldn’t rely on it for protein, as i don’t see how it can be efficient as meat, egg, whey etc

    I discussed this with a food tech guy before. He thinks they likely use milk powder/whey powder in it which in theory all can be labelled as milk.

    Not sure if this is the case but sounds likely

    Hydration
    Stress
    Trained or rested state
    Hormonal state.

    We could go on n on. There are so many things that effects our bodies homeostasis it’s best not to over think at times.

    I would say if your digestion is changing a lot though so to keep a food diary and see if it’s food type dependant etc.

    Using it for dehydration purposes is silly.

    Using it to relax, enjoy your self , stress reduce n help sleep makes loads of sense.

    A shot of vodka or a glass of wine isn’t going to do any harm at all

    Trained arms today even tho have runs was ok workout. Hit my macros today no issue.

    Workout was in a diff gym but used a little more working warm
    Up sets and it helped

    You may just be unfortunate n have naturally low test.

    I have a client similar to this. It’s then a personal decision on when you on on TRT not if I’m my opinion.

    I would give it 6 months of retesting n looking to be the perfect healthy person.

    If this didn’t help then I would be going on TRT.

    So had runs all night which means I can’t go NhS. So off work feeling full cold n shitty.

    New training day diet is going to be 3800-4000kcal and look like this.

    1 – salmon 130g and 4 eggs with teaspoon coconut oil

    2 – turkey n Mac oil or beef iso and Mac oil

    3 – turkey and jasmine rice

    4 – basa and jasmine rice

    Pre – 25g dolly mixture , 1 scoop MPS and a pre workout

    Intra – sustain x 2 and MPS max x 1

    5 – beef iso and ground rice and honey

    6 – egg white fruit digestion smoothy with ground rice again or jasmine rice

    Scoop isolate during night.

    So today’s session was a very good one with Jordan and Oscar.

    Me n Jordan discussed the session before n decided on more uni lateral work n it worked very well
    Indeed.

    Stand leg curl – x 7, x 9, x 11

    Leg press – x 9 , x 12 – done 3 second negative n 1 sec pause in hole.

    1 leg leg press – x 12 – at this point I felt ruined as did the rest lol.

    Glute bridges – 3 sets focusing on contraction as glutes are a major weakness

    Extension 1 leg – x 14, x 4’s
    Set

    Adductor – rest pause set

    Calf’s – rest pause set.

    Fantastic session and although the connection n work during the session was brutal I don’t feel totally shot to shit as I would if it was all out weight focused dual leg work

    Very useful way of training when your deep in prep or even rotating sessions. This is why I have my A workouts and B workouts
