Pull over cable rope – 2 work sets. Up in Reps
Mag grip row – 2 work sets – up in Reps
1 arm HS pull down with D handle. 2 work sets. Up in Reps
Standing HS row with D handle – 2 work sets – up in Reps
Seated wide grip HS row – 1 work set n 1 4’s set – up in Reps
Seated cable rear delts – 2 work sets – up in Reps
D handle cable shrug – 3 work sets – not logged

I know tren can give a false reading.
I’ve had this myself. It was around 600 tho. Not over 4000 n that was on 600mg tren lol

I believe the estrogen issue has been debunked also. There may even be a link on one of the other threads on here, but ive read a few sources which suggest its not the case.@jordan-peters , what are your thoughts on this?

I have done this split and like it alot.
I did it 6 days straight eventually and then switched to 3 days on 1 day off and preferred this.
However if I ran it again I would stick with just 5 days per week training and run through the days within the split. or run a 2 on 1 off approach. I feel 3 days in a row is just to much for the way I like to train. I end of with tendinitis all the time.
The only success I had running 6 days in a row without getting overtraining issues was literally doing 4 work sets only per body part.

Hey guys! So I’ve recently been having piriformis issues lately, and I’m seeing an osteopath about it. I can only do chest supported rows, and no heavy deadlifts or anything. Any good exercises I should do for my main exercise on back day? Most bang for my buck is ideal.
If it really is a piriformis issue I would get some deep tissue on it ASAP. There isn’t much a chiro can do unless there is a structural issue.
I have treated many many patients with piriformis syndrome and its really just good deep tissue and stretching to alleviate the tightness.

Thanks for the advice Hilly! How fast would you expect the water to/softness to drop? i am on holiday in 3 weeks, so do you think i could manage another week on? or am i better off stopping straight away?
I would defo give yourself another week.
However I would take a good look at overall physique. If your very lean the Sd shouldn’t be hiding any detail that has a negative effect for a holiday look.
However if you intend to have a drink like most do on holiday then I would defo be pulling 2 weeks before anyway

If putting this compound in has added the water and you want rid of the water then I would remove the compound buddy.
For me I feel a little water and fullness when dieting is a good thing and allows for better progression so it wouldn’t bother me as I would just pull it out when I wanted to drop the water (show/holiday etc).

If you feel blood tests are vital for your health and knowledge which I agree they are then I would want to be getting the full comprehensive one done atleast once per year.
I use medichecks and they do a very comprehensive check that covers more or less everything. I would look to find the test youthrevisited do that is the most comprehensive/covers the most areas and get this done.
I think its around 180-200 pound which is very little in my opinion for the information you get regarding your health.

Test was 70.5
Estrogen was 4374
Odd thing is prolactin levels are normal but if I do press on the nipple a very slight amount of yellowish fluid comes out… a bit freaked lolto confirm that estrogen reading – 4374??
This is more than 10 times the range is it not? huge in comparison to the test level. Something is definitely up in my opinion.
Possible error on the bloods, I don’t think ive ever seen a reading so high, were they done at the doctors?

Drink protein powder and EAA to try and keep nitrogen retention high and get the most absorption.
Let the body heal and get rid of the bug you must of.
Overloading the digestive system wont do any good if it has a bug in it etc.

Thanks for the responses! Not fans of Soy isolate then? I seem to see this alot but no real justification why? Is it nutritional content, or taste/mixability?
Poor amino acid content I believe compared to milk and beef protein powder options

Unless your on a strict diet phase I feel your over thinking.
20g carbs within a balanced meal when gaining is totally fine
