DIET Changes
Food up 4400kcal. Woke late n so have struggled since pre meal. Bad acid during session but my own fault.

1 arm rope PD – 1 x fail , 1 x 4’s – up in weight
Standing DB curl with back against wall – 2 x fail – up in weightOH rope – 2 x fail – up in Reps n same on second
Flat bar cable curl – 1 x f and 1 x 4’s – up in weight.
Started doing a more volume based calf workout on arm day and chest/shoulder day that is done at the start of the session.

ran sdrol for 8 weeks @20mg aday ended up in hospital with AST and ALT at nearly 3000. let’s just say I took some really bad advice. also got slight gyno because I couldn’t pct as I was in hospital
Wow. I would say your SD wasn’t 20mg or you have a genetic issue in regards to how your liver is able to handle things.
I’ve seen lots of athletes bloods n seen alcoholics blood work n never have I seen a score that high

If I was running in a 12-16 prep situation I would likely opt for periods on and off.
If I only had say 4-8 weeks I’d likely run constant tittering dose up slowly

I would recommend salting atleast 3 meals per day. A good sea salt or pink salt is fine

You bought cheap sugar buddy but I don’t understand the problem.
All carbs are sugars. So if you wanted carbs then you got them here. It will only poorly effect body of used incorrectly within your diet. I.e – over consumption

This is why I am so busy lately with clients. The lack of knowledge available n doctors have in this area is scary.
Unfortunately however the main issue is the time it takes to work each individual case out.
An article can’t give u much of any more info then I have in here n on this board.
It’s then working it out n fixing things n making notes etc that’s the difficult part

ive had bloodwork on sdrol and it definetly raised my liver values more than anything ive ever had bloods on
it also screwed my lipids worse than anything else too …
Me 2 n mine was not bad at all.
Hence the fact genetic response dictates all.

I only train 4 days a week so id be taking 4/7 days a week tablets are 20mg and not scored so will just start at 20 for the ease of it .. on a severe cal cut for a 4 wk mini cut idea is sdrol will hold maybe even increase strength as bw goes down
