    They will be sterile enough in my opinion.

    The worry is that if the oil sits in the needle and dries up it becomes stuck and you wont be able to use it. This has happened with both oil and peptides for myself.

    I would always make my own.

    Good quality protein powder that digests well for your own body.

    A good carb source that again suits your body – ground oats/ rice flour/sweet potato powder

    A good fat source – extra virgin olive/mac/walnut oil or coconut oil or almond butter or ground nuts/peanut butter.

    I would also add organic cocoa and cinnamon for health benefits

    Last nights training was pull B

    Rope pull overs – 2 work sets – up in reps

    Mag grip pull down – 6 sets of 8 with 1 minute rest – up in weight. didn’t get all sets of 8

    Incline bench dm row for upper back – 2 work sets – up in weight

    dual grip HS pull down using D handles – 2 work sets – up in reps

    seated low HS row – 1 straight set (up in weight) and 1 set 4’s – up in weight

    cable shrusg – 3 sets to failure

    Pec dec – 2 work sets – up in weight.

    Very very good session and my grip issue although still their does seem to improved in the sense I can feel my left lat/subscap working a little more I think but grip was still failing.

    Food is going in no issues, joints feel so so, have got legs B 2moro so we will see how my knees feel here.

    Weight is still 229/230 so will be upping food soon.

    You actually couldn’t write it ! Sat down for surgery – rubbish night sleep, dreading being out the gym for however long etc – I’m in my gown, paper pants and hospital socks only to be told they had to cancel my surgery as the surgeon was called into an emergency. So I have a new appointment which is March 12th. Hoping it goes without any complications and I can put this behind me as right now I’m questioning if I’ll even be able to compete this year. We were originally shooting for December so another 2 weeks will put it back further I imagine depending on my recovery. I’ve got some gh and some bpc 157 ordered to speed things up so fingers crossed I am back ready to make improvements before long. Will wait for jordan’s opinion on it and go from there. Rest day today anyway and try and resume normality with training etc tomorrow

    This stuff ruins my guys real bad. Gas is terrible no matter what brand I use.

    Same with all vegan style shakes. Shame as the profile is pretty good.

    There is research to show clen does have an anti catabolic effect I believe.

    It is very common to use clen during these times and has been for decades.

    I see no harm in it if all else is in order and people I know that do this really rate it.

    So I’ve recently hit 120kg bodyweight, an all time high for me (I’m 21 6ft2)) and I’m really a strength orientated guy, but bodyfat levels haven’t crept up too high anyhow.

    Onto the matter in hand – I hit a wall with what seems digestion, food and training – Eating way more than I’d need to gain weight and not gaining weight etc. I am reluctant to push gear up for the sake of it so I was advised by a friend who is much more advanced with strength and bodyweight, to pull back food for a week or two, deload training and push up after the week or two break once appetite and digestion is back on track?

    Can’t find any forums or literature on something like this? Pulling food back for a period of time in order to push up higher after the break?

    Your friend makes perfect sense.

    Prolonged period of over eating = highly stressed gastro intestinal system, inflammation and possibly a slower gastric transit to name just a few things. These all can cause a reduction in enzymes available in the system to help digest foods.

    I would look to do a week of 2 of lower food with some intermittent fasting i.e – fast until 12 lunch time every day for a week. This will help alleviate the stress and some symptoms and then have a positive effect on digestion and absorption.

    I have severe milk issues and cant use any form of whey at all.

    I find beef isolate and redcon MRE lite the best I just cant get hold of this at all.

    I have used a lot of beef isolates and found bulk powders to be identical to yamamoto interterms of mix ability, taste, froth etc etc so I just use bulk powders in general as its cheaper.

    I do also like the sci tec beef hydrolysed and use this when I fancy something that tastes a little better.

    I’ve never noticed anything from it at around 4-600mg.

    I feel it’s only use is for how it was used in the 70/80/90 and how Jordon uses it.

    When all out size or big changes isn’t your goal but staying tight n refining your physique is n your at a weight we’re you need to keep water retention down

    Or your in prep/diet n running low/no test n need higher anabolics to retain muscle.

    It’s funny how many are using primo because they see Jordan using it. Yet are running 1/4-1/3 of his dose for nothing like the reason he is. We were actually only discussing this on Friday.

    If your looking for slow steady dry gains then 400/400 with some var will keep you nice n tight , reasonably healthy and add some lean tissue.

    That is if your primo is real n if it’s UGL there not much chance of that

    Lazy on updates.

    Weight is circa 229lb still with no GH/Slin since last wed. So pleased with that.

    Trained arms today n changed the layout a touch n forearm tendons much better.

    Seated DB curls – 2 work sets
    Rope PD – 2 work sets – up in Reps
    EZ cable curl – 1 work set, 1 set 4’s
    1 arm rope PD – 1 work set up in Reps , 1 x 4’s
    EZ bar agains wall to forehead- 2 work sets – up in Reps
    Cuff crucifix PD – 2 work sets – up in weight

    Forearms – 2 sets

    Calf’s – 5 sets.

    Will look to bring GH back in from 2moro just 2iu during night to start

    Considering testosterone is the reason we have muscle and females don’t I would say a test only cycle makes sense.

    It is also the healthiest way forward to.

    I would split it into half and run say 600mg first 8 weeks then 1000mg last 8 weeks. Or 6/6 weeks
