    Hello guys, i have question that is in my minde for a long period of time and i wanna know if ive understand that idea clear.
    We need to cruise to ensure aur helth its in range unless for few months in the year (betweend blasting), and i get it, its to make sure we not screwing healt up in term of longavety. But how to programm that?
    Lets says im on my cycle for a 12-16weeks – im doing my blood work and im obvious out in range, so im reduce my test to a TRT or slight above, cutting all of my orals, IA (if its possible or change to tamoxifen), cutting all anabolics (maybe stays on something mild like a 200mg of boldenone to help with my lower test) and im doin in for about 6-8 weeks then im doing my blood work again > but what about calories intake in that period? Its a periot of keeping my calories maintance ind tryin not to loose any muscle, or its still a chance to build up couple of gram lean tissue before my cutting cycle, or maybe it is possible to menage this time (cruise) for a cutting period?
    Another question, what if i wanna do my 12-16 weekd bulk cycle and then i have 10-12 week to my cempetition? Is there a place for a cruise or just blasting through and then after competing make some reboun for 6-10 weeks and then cruise?
    Im know that question maybe goes over and over but im search the forum and cannot find suficient answer (problably im just dumb :D) and the whole cruise/blast is a new thing to me to be honest and i wanna make sure that im getting the best out of it and still making maximum progress during the year ;)! Thanks alot!

    First questions – why are you wanting to cruise and not come off? Are you a competitive athlete or in a hurry to make gains for a particular reason?

    Second – you would defo not include EQ in your cruise.

    third – your cruise should be focused on getting bloodwork into a Normal and healthy range – so I have found that 50mg test e and 35mg mast p 3 x a week puts me at 32 test and 145 estro so at the very very top of range. everything else healthy and in range. perfection.

    fourth – only cruise if you can do so for 6-8 weeks minimum to bring blood markers into range. If you cant do this then you may as well stay on cycle IMO

    Fifth – this all depends on your situation and health and should be very well thought through.

    Is it like this first thing on a morning or after first meal.

    I would try some apple cider viniger with mother pre bed and on waking see if this helps.

    I would also try some betain HCL with meals

    rice cakes/fruit for carbs

    Weight has dropped to 228 which is expected with gh/insulin out however joints are feeling loads better so I will look to bring this in next week at a lower dose.

    Been a long day tiday with the drive from Jordan’s n client check ins and training.

    Same workout as usual. Nothing exciting here. Up in Reps across the board. None of the lads in the gym so no sushi ????????????

    On a positive note – bowel movements still regular @jordan so no bad effect from the MPS Max ????????????

    Should I look to diet?

    What should my next cycle be?

    Thoughts on weak areas of my physique? Goal is to stay mens physique

    All of these questions are irrelevant until you answer this.

    Are you happy with your physique now ?

    Do you feel you would look better than last time dieted down ?

    Would you be competitive?

    Once you answer these then your path will be clear

    Under dosed gear or wrong product in bottle would be my first guess in terms of the product.

    If you have done a few cycles with this dose then maybe you are maxed out n need to up dose n not keep running similar cycles

    In my opinion 3-4 direct protein sources is more than sufficient.

    Would more be better. Yes I think so I’m terms of variety and overall health.

    Would more make for better gains for us? I don’t think so. Not anything significantly.

    It’s much more important we focus on what our bodies digest the best

    So today has been a very good day.

    Traveled down to Manchester to see Jordan early doors 7am. Got here around 9:30. Ate and had catch up and then went to front line to see the Therapy guy there to see his opinion and if he can help with this ongoing shoulder/lat issue.

    He was very good and agreed with a lot of my thoughts and self diagnosis. Looks like i have a lot of over development in my left anterior delt as well as some soft tissue issues with my supraspinatous/traps and subscap muscles that are stopping the scapula’s movement and causing issues. So we did a lot of work on this and i will see him again when im next down.

    Training was legs and was fantastic session with Jordan, Oliver and Callum.

    The session obviously had no logged weights for myself and was roughly as below.

    Seated ham curl x 3
    Pivot leg press x 3 sets
    sissy squat x 1
    extensions x 1 set and 1 x 4’s set
    banded glute bridge
    glute ham raise x 2
    adductor x 1 rest pause set
    seated calf x 1 rest pause set

    totally ruined afterwards.

    I used the new Sustain intra and MPS MAS and it worked very well.

    They are not like pre workout products so im not going to sit here and say they blew me away and made my workout so much more focused and pumped etc etc because that’s not what they are going to do in reality. What i can honestly say from my experience and could i say almost professional opinion is:

    Mixability was very good

    Taste (lemon in both) – quite mild and a nice actual taste. Nothing over powering etc

    Digestion – Huge area for me here as i cant tolerate milk or any isolate/hydro product but with the MPS MAX today i haven’t had any gas issues or bloat so im happy and impressed with this.

    Initial impression of results – Lets be logical and say how much are we going to see after a session from a muscle protein synthesis product and a carbohydrate product? Not much of any acute effects right? well right and wrong as the sustained intra also contains several products that help hydration and glucose transport which should increase uptake of the Carbohydrates/glucose and improve there effect. What did i notice at the end of today’s session was that i was having slight hypo symptoms which is a clear indicator of better glucose uptake, almost to good but my pwo carbs were there waiting for me.

    So overall the products were very good on the above aspects, however there main aim is to improve recovery and aid in muscle building and i don’t need to debate or look for an Acute result from this from these products. Why? well because they are made from patented ingredients and i believe in the research behind intra workout nutrition and these products so these effects are a given. That’s the beauty of patented products.

    Other meals any time that suits

    You wake n you go to bed. No matter the shift so that’s your day
