I use the bottled egg whites. 30g for 1 egg white and converted in MyFitnessPal using ‘large egg white’ it gives me 3.6g protein.

Answer yourself this first. Do you really feel low intensity steady state cardio will effect performance in gym.
Take into account every top bodybuilder at the O downwards is doing minimum once daily seasons. Ronnie , jay n Dorian all did double sessions.
So I think you will be just fine my mate.
It bewilds me lately all these people thinking power walking in the morning is going to effect there 60 minutes weight lifting later in the day.
Olympic athletes train hard twice daily. Sometimes more.
In terms of duration- as long as you need. Some shows I’ve need 5-6 sessions 45 minutes.
My last 2 I ended up on 60 mins AM n 20 mins Pwo.

This is a pretty hard question to answer. You would never take this drug on its own initially or most wont have so they cant say for definite how much one drug caused a certain amount of gain.
Also you will never keep the size you gain from steroids in full. This is just impossible and if you come off steroids full stop over time you will return to your natural size. This is just scientific fact as steroids just allow the increase of a muscle cell size as well as more water retention within that cell.
I do believe Anadrol is a very good drug and will help in increasing muscle size and strength. This is proven fact I believe.
How much you personally keep will be different to every one else and be dictated by several factors.

EOD dosing did work it just had to much of a negative impact on your fasted BS. This doesn’t mean it didn’t work.
To the OP – if you are following the theory regarding higher IGF levels creating new muscle cells which I also believe in then you want the process that will cause the bigger spikes in IGF so I would say 3 x a week is better. Ive had very good success with this both myself and clients.
However there could be a trade of as Adrian states who is a client of mine his fasting blood sugar remained quite elevated and he wasn’t happy with risking health markers.
A counter argument to this would be if we know the cause is a synthetic substance then its not really a cause for concern but this again is up to the persons own choice.
Most if not all top BB believe growth hormone increased muscle mass. I have seen a lot of anecdotal evidence with friends and clients that shows prolonged use does indeed create new muscle that just never goes.

Regarding DNP, do you think the side effects and risk profiles are worth the benefits?
Im going to see he must if he is considering to use it. I don’t imagine any one would use a drug unless they thought the benefits were worth it?

Hey guys,
Wasn’t entirely sure whether this was the correct place to post this, but it seemed most relevant.
I haven’t posted on here before, I’m usually just a bystander but I felt I’d perhaps open the door to something that others may deal with.
I consider myself quite mentally stable, but quite often recently (within the last year), I’ve been getting quite severe bouts of anxiety, it brings up thoughts of previous relationships, failures and other general rough patches in my life. I don’t have many people around me that I can talk to about this, especially my current partner who would flip if I spoke about previous relationships and anxieties regarding them.
I saw JP’s post recently on his prep log about how he has been seeing a therapist and this has given him a new outlook on life, or so to say, does anyone else have any experience regarding seeing a therapist or any other methods of dealing with mental struggles. As I say, I’m not depressed and don’t have any major mental health issues, it’s just that these bouts make it difficult for me to eat or interact with people when they strike and leave me feeling quite rough for hours afterwards. I’m in a good phase of my life, I’m 21 and training and career are both progressing but it seems like this one thing could be holding me back.
Apologies for the long read but if there’s anyone who could potentially share their experiences with this or help a brother out, then that would be greatly appreciated.
I’m open to all ideas and will try anything that helps.
(note – I’ve tried CBD oil but that didn’t really seem to help much!)

Initially sit and make a list of potential triggers for these anxiety periods. Then you can assess patterns and look at ways of avoiding these triggers.
Read into anxiety management methods.
Keep a diary logging how you feel, what you eat and make notes of when the anxiety issues happen and what thoughts and feelings occur pre/during and after if you can.
This will help manage things overall.
After this possibly book to see a private psychologist and bring along all of this information as it will help immensely.
