    If it were me designing this I would drop 500kcal from your rest days in the form of fats and carbs.

    I would drop 250kcal from Training days/

    I would add some cardio in or increase overall daily movement.

    Then re asses in 2 weeks

    It looks to me like you have naturally low estrogen and a low estrogenic response based on your test and estrogen readings in December on that little Adex.

    Mine would be much higher.

    Sommething to monitor and discuss with a doctor I feel.

    Something to add I have become aware of lately.

    Good Gh used in to high of a dosage for your body can and does give severe joint pain particularly elbows and knees.

    Im yet to determine if this is avoidable by titrating the dose up or just a genetic response.

    Im hoping its avoidable by tapering the dose up.

    Ive ran gh at 2-4iu daily with no issues. However I am currently running 6iu on training days and now finding it painful to walk.

    There is also some discussion here and there it could be brand dependant but I don’t buy into this currently.

    So arms B today and joints were a bit better wit some change in how the work out runs.

    First change – tri then bi instead of bi then tri.
    Removed bench concentration curls
    Lots warm ups

    Cuff push down – 6 x 10 – 1 min rest – up in Reps
    Standing ez bar curls – as above – up in Reps
    1 arm rope push down – 1 c work set n 1 x 4’s – up in Reps
    Standing dual DB curl against wall – 2 work sets
    Oh rope – 2 work sets
    Flat bar cable curl – 1 x work set , 1 x 4’s – up in Reps

    Rope forearm curl – 2 work sets

    Good workout overall n food sitting well. Positive day

    Knee pain still brutal so GH reduced to 3iu n switched to simplex

    The last week i have been having some issues with joint/connective tissue soreness. I feel super beat up. Trying to figure out the problem. @hilly has been having similar issues and we think it may be the ansomone we are using so that is pulled for now to see if it makes a difference.

    Ohh, I will no doubt be in a bad way afterwards but I still may suffer the pain lolol. although that many pop tarts may put me in hospital lol.

    I feel not stressing over this and going with the option that suits your schedule best.

    So what about adding the carbs in intra and post workout.

    Upping protein a touch post workout and just having a shake pre bed or even during the night when you wake to pee etc.
