    I’d really need to go through a shit ton of info to design a prep cycle n they change as you progress.

    Test plus n anabolic

    At 6 weeks I like to lower test n bring in or up tren n add mast or up if it’s in.

    I like to pulse orals at certain points when injects have been ran for a certain length

    Tbh i thought that at first too but I’ve been using the same lab for years with great results

    Plus several lads hav got pretty damn big off the same stuff,really don’t want to start doubting

    My gear as i even won my class at nabba west in 2017 but those test numbers are seriously low☹️

    There is no doubt buddy. It’s simple fact.

    The batch of test you have is crap.

    This doesn’t mean all
    There gear is bad. Obv the tren is good.

    It may not be there fault. However speak to them n explain n ask for a replacement.

    Shouldn’t be n issue

    As a junior tho I’d likely go

    Test only till 6 weeks out.

    Test / 200 mast n 200 tren only from 6 weeks.

    Winny last 2 weeks.

    Again I’m basing this on you being young n less developed as for some reason you didn’t provide any info.

    It’s like going docs n asking him to give you meds but not telling him the issue lol

    Your test is was shown to be fake in the first test.

    I’m presuming your using the same lab n it’s still. Bunk.

    Tren can cause estro to go up. So it’s likely real.

    It’s a healing n recovery drug. It will do this for every body cell – have u researched growth hormone as you would know all this if so.

    Nothing strength wise n gains will be not noticeable ever per say in my opinion. As in you won’t notice they have come from the growth.

    You will notice other drugs start to work better n you don’t loose when off cycle like you used to.

    Why is this ? Well it should be obvious from your research of what this drug does.

    Long as both oil based , fine in one syringe.

    They will be fine IF the injects sit right n absorb well. I.e no lump etc.

    Just do left delt n right delt once each a week.

    So based on that.

    Test n GH is healthier

    Test n tren With gh will be stronger both in effects n side effects.

    I wouldn’t run your gh n slin like that full stop.

    Shoulders and chest tonight.

    Seated side lateral – 2 work sets – up in weight
    Cable front raise – 2 work sets – up in Reps
    1 arm cable raise – 3 work sets no weight logged
    1 arm cuff raise – 3 work sets up in weight

    Seated cable chest – 3 work sets – up in weight
    Decline cable fly – 2 work sets – up in Reps
    Pec dec – 2 sets 20.

    Seated toe press – 3 work sets not to heavy as seeing how bad foot holds up.

    4100kcal today easy. Will hold this food 2-3 weeks while things start doing there thing n then up food

    Yes as above your numbers are off.

    Also no one can say if these numbers are any good as it depends on slot of factors that are individual.

    For me your protein is to high at your weight.

    However if your AAS n your pushing things then I can see a reason for the elevated protein

    Yes AAS will be used but at a moderate dose, do you think protein should be dropped down to 1.5g per lb or kept at 2?

    With the mistake of calories from fats it’s pushed my calories to 4100 instead of lowering this I think I will just increase my output with some fasted cardio. Also I only use the Fitbit as a guide line it wouldn’t take my muscle density into consideration so believe my output is higher then it says at 3100. Only way would to be see if body weight increases each wk. [/quote]

    People over estimate there daily output a lot buddy.

    However you are right. The only way to tell is to start out n then work up.

    I’d start at 1.5 n work up to 2

    Hilly that’s interesting to know, from what I’ve read around the subject (mainly on TRT dosages) both HDL and LDL levels decrease but there’s nothing there to link it with mortality
    I’d be interested to read any literature about health and dosages at 600mg if you could point me in the right direction?
    I’m sure @drdeanstmart has mentioned setting your test dose slightly above your current test levels? But I may be wrong

    In regards to dose. There’s lots of opinions n ways to go.

    I guarantee you know one you aspire to look like in the bodybuilding world has ever done a 250mg test cycle. It’s your average TRT/cruise dose.

    If you want real slow n steady for the next ten years then upping my 100mg every so often will obv give real slow steady gains.

    Usually no one wants to take forever to make improvements n get were they want.

    I guess I could rephrase it as, if I get leaner will I be able to maintain that condition or should I keep what I have and maintain/bulk

    You can’t stay really lean n grow optimally.

    So in my opinion to you decide – have u got the physique you want. If so get a touch leaner then move to maintain.

    If your not happy then look to move to a growing phase
