    Im a huge ground rice meal for PWO to be honest.

    Trying to put away 150g-200g rice crispies etc still takes some eating still sits heavier in my stomach that 150g ground rice plus maple syrup.

    im literally hungry an hour later which is ideal as I have my PWO at 7:30 and then need another meal pre bed

    Ive seen many report that running 10-20mg test P per day has meant they have not needed an AI so I would try without initialy personally.

    I always advise 5000iu vitamin D3 as this puts myself and 2 others bloodwork at the very top of the range

    Isn’t cream of rice just ground rice which you can get from Waitrose for £1 for 500g
    Not sure why people are paying 8 times that buying it from supplement sites or amazon

    Just checked the ingredient panel on one that I see people posting about non stop and it’s 98% rice flour anyway so…. they’re spending way over the top
    White rice in a coffee grinder or a NutriBullet for a good while doesn’t turn out gritty for me

    Ive heard grinding up jasmine rice makes the best ground rice.

    However its so cheap in asda I see no point in doing this.

    So in my opinion you want a cereal that is

    Lower in fibre
    easy to digest
    doesn’t aggrevate any stomach issues (so I have to avoid anything with gluten and milk in. As humans in general struggle I do advise most to avoid these to.
    Low in fat – so it doesn’t slow digestion etc – I think personally anything under 5g fat per 100g cereal is ok.

    Things like granola, crunchy nut, lion bar etc etc all have quite high fat I believe.

    Frosties can be perfect but can be hard to digest for some.

    Rice based cereals overall are the easiest on digestion so quickest in and quickest processed which is want you want in this situation

    Rested Sunday and they rescheduled my bloodwork from yesterday morning to Thursday which is annoying but such is life.

    This will mean that things are high as I am training legs Wednesday.

    I had deep tissue yesterday and felt really run down and achey so didn’t train yesterday and am going in this afternoon to train back/shoulders and chest

    So major cramp during the night. Was brutal n legs were sore on waking. Good sign lol.

    Arms A today. I won’t bore with the workout as it’s same as last time. Up in Reps on all but 1 work set so very pleased.

    Good connection n pump to with little tendinitis issues so great stuff.

    Hit food fine n pub tonight for a few hours. Glass of wine n chill.

    Then posing practice with a couple of clients in the morning.

    off to Bournemouth to have a belated birthday day with my cousin….her bday not mine! as I could go to her party a few weeks ago

    getting a massage at a spa then dinner this evening
    really looking forward to it – BUT I do kinda wish I was having a lie in and a lazy day after legs yesterday haha

    @hilly @corinne those bars are defo not biscuits. Gold bar, penguin and clubs are chocolate bars for sure with a biscuit base. I’d never dunk those in a hot drink lol
