Just to add to the GH bit.
I have simplex I get from a source who gets it on script n I used this during prep.
Then I have been using meditrope during my rebound which is logged on here and my insta and I have been pretty impressed.
Actually immensely impressed
However the latest batch I got do not seem as strong as previous batch but still everything I would expect which for the price is unreal.

1 leg seated ham curls – 3 work sets
Lie ham curls propped on elbows to failure then lay flat to failure. 3 sets
Adductor / abductor/ extensions. 3 circuits. All 20 reps.
Side lateral machine SS with pec dec. both done with pause in contraction. 6 sets same weight no rest but walk from machine to machine.
Today’s diet
Salmon n eggs as normal
Beef iso and ground rice
Few jelly babies pre. No Intra
Sushi pwo then handfull my GF chips as I went to fish shop for her
Next is basa n rice.
Tonight is 4 gluten free lamb burgers n 2 free from buns

It’s very person depending bud. So many things can effect it.
If that were me I would be shooting 5iu pre gym to start around 20 mins IM.
I think any more n you may need more carbs but it totally depends on how
depleted you are pre gym
How much volume in the session
How close to gym pwo u eat
So if I used 5iu. 50 would be fine Intra
But if doing legs I’d need 70g as the workout is more demanding.
So keep a training journal n log it.
Keep glucose tabs in bag. If you feel hypo eat the tabs n workout how much more you added

I took your post as you have one week to try n remove as much stubborn fat before you move to another phase.
If you have 5 weeks maintenance n are not happy then as @MC said keep on going.
The more fat you get off the better. Much more important than a 5 week maintenance phase

The only chemical option.
There are other non chemical options but none that would be as effective as the first.
None of the above woujd help remove stubborn fat in a week.
DNP being the only drug I have read able to destroy fat cells n thus possibly help remove stubborn fat in 7 days.
Why do I keep going to the effort of explaining myself to you to help the OP.
While you just keeping making up situations as if he’s in prep or something.
So you have recommended he diet longer.
As this wasn’t in his options I answered his question of what I would possibly do based on his criteria.

Corrected you that no one said DNP was the only option.
It’s the only chemical option I could see viable in this situation based on the OP post. Not making any misplaced judgement or guessing the situation just simply answering the question as is my role here.

Nor did any one recommend DNP. Just stated it’s possible use and again in my opinion the only thing I no that would remove ‘stubborn’ fat to a noticeable degree in the last week of an 8 week cut.
