So Legs tonight was awesome
1 leg lay ham curls – 35 x 9 up 3 , 25 x 11. Up 1
Leg press – 470 x 15. Up 30kg n up reps. Smoked this , 400 x 20 rest paused
Seated hack – 130 x 10, up in weight , 90 x 9 – up in weight.
1 leg HS extension – 25 x 9 – up in weight , 15 x 4/4/4/4 FOURs set.
Seated ham curl – 98 x 11 up 1 rep, 70 x 4/4/4/4 FOURs set
Adductor – 1 rest pause set up in Reps
Abductor – 1 rest pause set

I’m excited myself for the first time in a long time.
I’ve just trained legs n smashed my PB’s on everything n I’m only on 150mg test n 100mg mast lol.
Scary when gear goes in will just have to be careful.
I’m actually not running oxy pre gym. I’m trialing another approach as n experiment.

Will be doing something similar myself, however I’m opting for deca instead.
Do you feel proviron adds much in a cycle?
Mast and proviron are both there to help boost free test levels and mast just makes me feel overall better on cycle.I’ve had blood work done to show proviron does help boost free test

Ohh yes. More than I ever have. Purely as I only had from now until may to add the majority of not all of the tissue I can.
With me moving back to MR class I really need a lot more size and I no I can pack it on.
I’ve never gone over 2000mg n that’s been pre contest.
I’ve havnt had n offseason were I’ve looked to grow for several years n I havnt had my digestion this good ever in the last ten years during my lifting career. So hoping to really show what I can do with myself and others using my own battered physique as an example lol.
Cycle 12 weeks
1000mg test E
600mg NPP
200mg mast P
Oxy 50mg weeks 1-4, 100mg week 4-8, 150mg week 8-12 of bloods all good at week 8Gh 6iu training days with lantus at 25-35iu depending on morning fasted blood sugar. This is purely for health and recovery.
Mk677 10mg twice daily on rest days
Proviron 25mcg daily

I feel clomid/nolva only is sufficient after a short 6-8 week oral cycle.
If you wanted to cover basis could add HCG but people always seem to recover fine without it from these types of cycles I find.
No blood work done or needed all based off strength, performance and ability to shag lolol before any one gets geeky with me

so weight today 223.5lb and have been between this most of the week. Upping kcal to 4100 from today on train days and 2500kcal rest days plus a free meal and will look like this
Train days
M1 – salmon/eggs/cucumber/Saurkraut
M2 – turkey breast mince, jasmine rice – change is here as this was carbless
M3 – turkey breast mince, jasmine rice
M4 – Basa fillets and jasmine rice
Intra – 25g jelly babies on way gym and 25g cyclic dextrin intra
M5 – PWO – egg white, sauerkraut, cucumber, fresh pineapple, frozen berries and EAA smoothy with 150g ground rice and maple syrup – increased ground rice here
M6 – Basa fillets, jasmine rice and coconut oil
M7 – protein powder and mac nut oil – either pre bed or during night depending on appetite and timings.
Rest day – fast until 10:30-11am
M1 – 2 scoops beef isolate and mac oil
M2 – 2 salmon fillets – 240g – Saurkraut
M3 – Turkey breast mince and mac oil
M4 – egg white, sauerkraut, cucumber, fresh pineapple, frozen berries and EAA smoothy
M5 – Free meal – usually oven chips, meat/fish and a coconut or almond yogurt or rice cakes etc – could be a nandos or similar or sushi
M6 – Beef isolate and mac oil
This template doesn’t change I will just add food as I go – mainly to intra and post workout and eventually carbs in meal 1

do you categorise the following as ‘biscuits’

clubI DONT …because they come individually wrapped and I wouldnt put them in a biccy tin HOWEVER they are biscuit based AND I would dunk them in a tea….
whats the consensus ?I think these are defo biscuits – simply because they are in the biscuit section in the supermarkets lolol

penguins are a biscuit bar without a doubt as they tick all the must haves
viscount is a biscuit – as it is smaller and more % biscuit then anything else….its like the wrapped ones that come in the posh biscuit selection boxes
@Dane Wilmott – chocolate digestive is a biscuit…there is no question at all over that one…its a classic – they don’t come wrapped in the uk
Jaffa cakes – are cakes – as the base is sponge not biscuit at all…they sit with the mini rolls and cake slices – you wouldn’t dunk a Jaffa CAKE

I never got the whole “only take steroids if you want to compete!” That’s like saying to a girl “Do you want to be a stripper? If not, then don’t get your tits done.” We all do it because we want to achieve a look. Guys/girls that compete do so because they want to put that look against others. Some just do it because they enjoy it. Steroids are a part of bodybuilding/powerlifting. You won’t get the best results without them. Like stepping onto the tennis court with a rounders bat. But hey it’s ok because I don’t want to play at Wimbledon.

6 week coursePointless running together in my opinion.
I would do Tbol first and look to use this phase to grow and keep calories higher.
then switch to var and reduce kcal a touch to tighten up.

Hilly – No I haven’t tried Cbd mate, my gym sells the warrior project Cbd oil would you recommend this? Or any alternative brand? Everything you have mentioned I currently do now anyways, I saw you recommended carbs pre bed to another guy in different thread maybe a week or so ago,I took that on board & it’s definitely helped a little.
Cameron – I’ve read about the sleep stack, is it really worth the money??
I read every night before bed & while it relaxes me to be able to get to sleep it does little to keep me asleep.
What’s the reason behind the lower dose of melatonin mate? Just curious as surely a larger dose would be better? I’ll definitely give it a go. I noticed you mentioned dr deans nocturia highlight a few threads down, could you please direct me to this as this also applies to me, I believe there is a night shift highlight too, could you direct me to this also as I have recently started working nights.Shane – It’s funny you say that as any time I sleep in a different bed I seem to sleep a lot better, I’ll definitely look into that. I’ve also read that after sleeping bad in the same room for a long period of time makes you start to associate the room with bad sleeping which only makes matters worse.
Any CBD buddy that is a good brand.

the aim here is to keep everything within the health ranges in general.
Everything is within range bar the odd thing which is like 1-5% so significantly irrelevant so id say your good to go
