    Dbol first time is fine and was a very popular cycle for the past 20-30 years.

    So this test only isn’t the answer as some may not want to inject etc etc.

    I like Tbol over Dbol as it’s a cleaner drug in my opinion in terms of effect.

    50-70mg daily.

    If you go the Dbol option I would make sure you go with a very good lab , blue love hearts are fantastic pharma if you can still get them.

    40-50mg daily.

    Fantastic workout. Up in most things or level. I’m not hitting peak strength which is great as starting cycle next week.

    Rope pull over – 2 work sets – up in Reps
    Mag grip cable row – 2 work sets a up in Reps

    1 arm HS pull down with D handle – 2 work sets – up in Reps

    1 arm HS low row isolating lower lay using D handle. 2 work sets – up in Reps

    Seated HS row to chest – 1 heavy set – 1 set 4’s – up in Reps

    Seated rear delt on cable using EZ bar n D handles – 2 work sets – Reps same.

    D handle row – 3 sets failure – up in weight.

    Hard work , good connection n strength.

    are you reducing fat intake overall? or simply moving the fats to later/in the night?

    youre increasing carbs – are you increasing kcals or just swapping macros?

    So I am increasing kcal overall. Im up to 3900ish n my digestion/transit has already slowed a touch n my fats have crept up more than they were pre Xmas when I was going toilet daily etc n less boost.

    So as I’m pushing carbs up on training days I am reducing the fats – from a fattier turkey 7% to a lean one. It drops that fat total down a touch but mainly it’s easier to digest than the fattier meat.

    I will then be adding carbs to both those turkey meals so it will aid in digestion going forward to.

    In line with the switch to jasmine rice so volume of food is also smaller per meal.

    Hope that makes sense.

    I know Hilly I’ve never had nose bleeds off any other compound and never from any UGL Anavar I’ve used since so seems strange Remember it was expensive even back in them days too

    Yeh when I did my first show I bought 5mg ones n they cost me a dam fortune. That was ten years ago. Probs as much as the guy who prepped me cost lolol

    Is there a reason people spend mega bucks on these branded EAA’s like Redcon Grunt etc, when you can buy the ‘bulk powders’ or ‘go nutrition’ brands which are a lot cheaper and the ingredients are equally doses, sometimes better doses, than the expensive branded ones.

    Better quality EAA.

    So companies use different grades or sources.

    Jordan’s new product will have pharmacy grade aminos that are suitable to be used in hospitals efc.

    Anjimito or what ever they are called produce high grade amino acids etc. Xtend were the first to use them I believe.

    Sometimes flavouring is much better in branded products.

    I do use a lot of powders from bulkpowders but I do like to use high quality Aminos and protein powders funds allowing

    this is the last week of fertility drugs and I go for bloods next Monday at the end of my 7 week cruise before I start to push things hard.

    Im switching from meditrope to ansamone this week to see if water retention is less as it is ridiculous from the meditrope for some reason.

    I am currently running 6iu split intpo 3 doses. I wanted to run 10iu 3 x a week but I feel the water will be to much when I add in the hormones next week and will elevate blood pressure and kidney stress to much.

    All food nailed yesterday as per. Playing about with some food choices to see how I am going to increase food from here in the next week or 2. Going to add some gluten free bread in with jam PWO and switch rice from basmati to jasmine I think.

    I have also switched out turkey mince 7% to 2% to lower fats from here so I can add more carbs during the day and then add Mac nut oil pre bed/during the night shake.

    Arms B yesterday

    EZ bar curls – 6 sets 12 reps with 1 minute rest – got all 6 sets of 12 so progress and will increase next time
    reverse grip cable push down – 6 sets of 10 reps with 1 minute rest – got all 6 sets of 10.

    1 arm concentration curl on bench – 2 work sets – up in weight
    1 arm rope push down – 1 heavy set – up in reps and 1 set of 4’s

    flat bar cable curl to nose – 1 work set – up in weight and reps, 1 set 4’s
    Oh rope – 2 work sets – up in reps

    pinwheels – did one set and hurts forearm tendons to much switching this out for

    rope cable curls – 2 work sets 15 reps.

    Week now switches over to A this week and is back tonight 🙂
