So waking BS today 4.5.
Waking BS yesterday 5.6.
The difference is I increased my lantus from 15 to 25iu
So this is were I will stay until food goes up n then I will adapt it to keep BS in this range.
This is while running gh 6iu training days

Also if you use lantus its not a true 24 hour long slin. So if you took it in the am. Most if its activity would be done during the day. I have been using tresiba which is a 24h slin. Its being used to help out my pancreas. Monitor your levels as you go and you will know what amounts to use to prevent any issues arising
For one who wanted to incorporate slin to counter BG levels while on GH. Where would you start and what doses etc?
I’m currently doing some experiments with this myself.
I’m finding if taking 6iu GH I need 25iu lantus to bring my BS down to 4.5-4.6 on waking.
15iu had me waking st 5.5-5.6.
I do take in over 50% of my carbs between 6pm and 10pm also post workout.
I shoot my lantus 2 hours pre gym so. 4pm.

Okay, but sleeping for like 8-10 hours and not getting food seems like a risk, or maybe its just me being overly scared ????
Just to add.
Lantus is prescribed as a pre bed insulin in a lot of type 1 patients due to its release pattern and way it works.
It’s very safe to use.

So arms last night. Was up on almost everything. Pull tonight and another great session.
Strength is going up n up while still cruising just from the GH n slin n additional food.
Rope pull over – 2 work sets both up in Reps
Mag grip pull down – 6 x 8 – 1 min rest. Up in weight.Incline bench DB row – 2 work sets both up in weight.
HS pull down with D handle done dual – 2 work sets up in weight.
Seated HS low row – 1 x 13 – up in Reps , 1 x 4’s
D handle shrugs. 3 sets
D handle pulls for rear delts. – 3 sets.
Weighted hang.
My grip was a touch better to so I think the therapy n rehab stuff is working ????????????

@hilly Thanks for the reply mate I appreciate the advice. I wasn’t being a cunt in terms of saying how he should understand, I just think some form of reasoning could be applied to what I was doing. As he didn’t even resonate remotely that it was important to me what I was doing and for him to then advise on that basis. It was kind of like just stop taking anything full stop no questions asked…. hope you get where I’m coming from.
The tests were done in line with something else I didn’t just ask for my bloods to be taken in terms of gear, and these were what come back.
This was 3 weeks into a cruise of 1ml (250mg) per week of Test Enanthate. Previous to this I had done a cycle of Test E (750mg), Nandrolone (400mg) and Primo (800mg). The only OTC supps I took were Vit C, Cod Liver Oil, Centrum Multi-Vit, and a B12 Complex.
I do get were your coming from and agree from a steroid users perspective.
from a health professional opinion – your abusing a medical drug that is there to improve health just to enhance your physique/vanity and in doing so making your body unhealthy. That’s the facts and he doesn’t need to be aware or considerate about anything else as its not his job to.
You have to look at these things logically from a normal person perspective not a steroid user/loves bodybuilding perspective. If you went to your mum or gran or my mum and said – iv had bloods taken n there not great because im taking steroids and the doctor would even help me. do you think there first response would be how dare that doctor or stop taking the blood steroids lolol.
Not saying I agree with his approach as I don’t but as I work within the NHS and no there time restraints and opinions plus job description I can see why they have this opinion is all 🙂
I think given your 3 weeks post cycle these are not bad at all buddy. I would want to retest before next cycle to see if those liver values had dropped as this would then dictate what I would do in my future cycles.

I’ve been blasting and cruising for over 2 years.
Recently I’ve done my first PCT for duration of 6 weeks however I’ve kept Test E @ 250mg per week to keep the levels steady.
Went for the bloodwork And there is few things out of range.
Any advices how to get them back into range ?thanks
wow your test and free test are huge. what lab are you running? I would expect these numbers off more than double the test your taking based on others bloodwork recently.
I would 1/4 your test dose and add in NAC and Tudca for liver

Yes but they are just a touch out of the Normal range.
Heavy training, a marathon or a big day and night on the drink can all cause the same issues so its nothing to worry about in my opinion.

4 weeks before end of cycle: drop test e and run prop for 4 weeksam I right?
