To be fair your damaging your health, the doctors responsibility is to assess this and improve it not by understanding how passionate you are for training. My doctor wouldn’t even test my bloods for me when I asked him I wanted a health check due to doing my first cycle the prick. told me he wouldn’t condone his my steroid use.
I didn’t agree at the time but I do see were he is coming from now im older and understand things a little more.
Your liver values are a touch high. Nothing major as you would see these numbers from taking a lot of prescription stuff from a doctor depending on how your boyd adjusts or a heavy weekend on a stag do etc.
However if you don’t take any steroids or anything and any other meds and your sat like this normal then it could be a cause for concern. However you havnt mentioned any supplement use etc so I cant help there.
Tudca/NAC would be a goo should.
Supportmax is a very good product and should help in this area.

You need to start taking Tudca and NAC in higher doses.
Look into how to naturally improve your T4 to T3 transfer ability however I think improving the test/estro and ALT may have a positive effect on the Free T3

hmmmm your arimidex may be bunk or your getting progestone based gyno and arimidex wont help one bit.
I would in this instance get some blood work done from medichecks – they currently have there male hormone test on offer for 50 quid and this will cover all you need to know in order to rectify this issue and manage your cycles better in future.

What health supps would one put as a staple on Tren cycles?
I suppose 5-htp/magnesium and what else and dosages?.

I would always be aiming to look after my heart/kidneys and liver.

I think your general approach is fine and corinnes information as always is bang on.
For me I would look to do the following.
Improve on your strength and form in the gym from session to session making sure you are training at full intensity.
Aim to gain around 0.5-1lb a week.
Do not miss meals
Eat clean food choices 98% of the time.
Make sure you are getting adequate protein and carbs in over the day with good sources of Omega 3 and saturate fats.
Do some cardio and stay active and healthy.
If you follow these points in my opinion there is no need why you cant have a growing phase that can last for several months without needing much of any clean up phases. if you find you are slacking on diet choices and getting a little sloppy then do a 2-4 week clean up phase then push again until you feel you have made enough gains to really give you the look you want.

Its very individual and hard to say.
Im currently monitoring these levels and running particular protocol to see if I can increase all markers on blood work and sperm count while on a cruise dose.

Recently started budgeting my diet which is something I’ve never done before,
Diet is
M1 eggs 5 egg whites 40g of oatmeal
M2 250g chicken 125g rice 15ml mct
M3 2 scoops of whey 40 almonds 1 orange
M4 250g ground beef 125g rice
Intra 70g vitargo
M5 40g whey 2 bagels with jam 120g rice crispies
M6 250g Greek yogurt 60g Vector granola 15g of peanut butterAll coming in at around 100$ a week,
Is anybody else trying to do something similar, any other suggestions?I also add frozen green beans and zucchini
And real cooking is out the question I cook my meat on a George Foreman grill on the tailgate of my truckThat seems expensive to me for that amount of food.
Buy your meat from wholesalers and in bulk. I buy 10kg bags of rice for 15 quid that last forever.
Shop at cheaper stores etc would be my logical answer if wanting to follow that diet.
You could pick cheaper food sources and reduce the cost but it would make the diet more boring.
M1 – egg whites and oats
M2 – chicken/turkey/tuna and white rice with coconut oil
m3 – beef and rice
m4 – intra
Pwo – whey or egg whites with ground rice (cream of rice alternative) and honey. very cheap here in the UK.

Just a lot of drugs for not eating a lot – in a bulk and only taking in 300 or less carbs – just seems like a waste is all I was saying.
Why not eat more protein n fat ?
Logic would state this is obvious thing to do while bulking if you need to go low carb.

So legs A today n fantastic session. Strength is now more or less were it was end of rebound pre Xmas.
1 leg ham curl – 35 x 7 PB, 25 x 10
Leg press – 450 x 12 (heaviest is 480 for 7), 360 x 20.
Seated hack – 120 x 12(PB) , 80 x 13
1 leg HS extension- 20 x 11(PB), 15 x 4’s
Seated ham curl – 98 x 9 (PB) , 70 x 4,s
Adductor – 1 rest pause set – 2 Reps shy all time best
Abductor – 1 rest pause set – hit same Reps n weight as heaviest last session.Fantastic workout.
GH this week I’m trying 2iu 3 x a day train days to see if this prevents the big water weight gain from a once daily dose.
