    This reading wouldn’t concern me to be honest but if I was off currently I would defo add in some NAC year round n monitor this when using orals

    Just to give my opinion.

    It’s all genetic. We all handle things differently. I can use orals n go party on ibiza n my liver is still within range or just elevated

    I then have clients that live like monks values are 2-3 times mine.

    So firstly get bloods done. You may not need Tudca at all so there is no need to worry. You may need to avoid orals full stop.

    For myself NAC keeps me at a more than acceptable level no matter what.

    I don’t believe

    So was a big day sat in York with the boys. Yesterday was a day on the couch hung over lol

    Today as normal. This is also start of my 3 week deload period we’re I’m not pushing past failure in training.

    I will be training 4 days per week on average. Then Xmas eve to NYD off bar maybe a upper/lower day here or there.

    Food still
    The same. Training is basically

    4 exercises big body parts 3 smaller. 3 to. 4 work sets pyramid up in weight.

    Focus on perfect form n contraction as usual.

    Cable pull over activation/warm up – 4 sets

    2 arm D hammer HS pull down

    Wide grip HS row to chest done standing

    1 arm D handle row

    Underhand close grip PD

    Cable shrug/upright row

    Seated rear delt focus row to chest

    Job done – no tendon pain

    I don’t like the idea of short cycles unless there is a bridge/cruise inbetween n then it’s more pulse cycling in my opinion than a short cycle.

    I prefer 12 plus weeks
