Hilly – if I was looking to sub 23g of whey isolate (20g pro) out of my intra for EAAs instead , what dose should I introduce them at? Just ensure 3.5-4g of leucine? And should we dose EAAs intra relative to B/W? Thanks mate

I think you need a couple of weeks very low carb circa 100-150g
Fasted cardio

Weight had dropped back to 219lb this AM at Jordan’s.
Got my BF callipers done and in the 4-5 weeks cruising each of the 3 sites has gone up around 1 on average so I’m pretty ok with that.
I dropped 3lb between Friday n sat. This is because GH went back on Monday at 5iu daily with a little lantus n obv causes the water retention.
Trained shoulders n chest on my own as I can’t press so no gd in Jordan’s session.

didn’t say I’d use to oral to kickstart right ???? Might use it later in cycle, just like I did on my first cycle. @christoph, the reason to end with prop is because I didn’t like ending with test e on my first cycle… blood levels slowly drop & I def felt that. however, still had to wait to start pct since the ester wasn’t 100% cleared yet. thats why I’d want to end with prop: max blood levels till the end & can start pct sooner. Can you give me some advice about in which week I should drop the test e & how/ when to dose the prop then? appreciated man.
So to run this it’s very simple.
I would just shoot my weekly test E dose over 3 shots.
Add 0.5-1ml prop with each.Pull after 4 weeks.
Add in last 2 weeks then drop your test e.
Run the prop on its own 4 weeks then start pct 2-3 weeks after.
This could certainly work.

No cardio has bad foot is playing up again and struggling to put weight on it.
fasted until 10am and then its lower carbs till later on. I have a Appointment with the osteo at the MOFO clinic in leeds at 3pm to see if they can shed any light on this ongoing issue with my left lat/scapula that causes me to keep loosing my grip during training. Its been ongoing around 2 years and I feel that lat doesn’t contract properly. Also to look at the sciatica I keep getting.
Then down to stay with Jordan tonight – Possibly cinema or watch a film and then client work and coffee in the AM and train before I head back home for a friends 30th birthday meal Sat night.
rest day diet is basically as below usually
Pro/fat meal – usually salmon and eggs or turkey mince 7% and eggs with cucumber.

Turkey mince and rice
My egg white/digestion smoothie as this keeps me regular
Fish/chicken/turkey with rice or potato
Protein shake with some form of oil or nut butter.

So 2 options.
increase test and deca dose or try a different compound.
I would be tempted to go 8-900 test and 500 deca as you will have diet and training nailed and have maximised these last few cycles so im presuming are wanting to push into new realms of tissue growth.
You could also stick doo 750 test, 400 deca and an oral – oxy or Tbol done pre workout.
You could give EQ a whirl and run 750 test and 600 Eq.

currently just started using growth, first 10iu vile perfectly fine, 2nd and 3rd vile my jab sites are like mosquito bites on my gut, they itch too, any idea what this could be? they take about a week to go down too, using sterile water

Sometimes people are allergic to the addiitonal powders etc used in Chinese GH.
I have found if I dilute in less than 1ml of water I get the odd red lump.
However I have seen some people that just re act badly to a certain type of GH.
if adding more water doesn’t help and rotating sites doesn’t you could try injecting IM but if its Chinese then I would be cautious of doing so incase it has bacteria in etc,

Hello, I am starting HGH in an attempt to help heal my arthritic knees. Does anyone know if it’s better to inject closer to the injured area (in this instance, the knee) or stick with the stomach area?

Hey everybody. So with my work schedule i usually train around 6-6:30 pm. I try to focus my carb sources around training because I am trying to lean out a little bit. I usually do ground beef and rice about 1.5 hours pre workout, 25-50 g of carbs intra workout depending on the training day, and post workout is usually cream of rice and whey isolate. I was wondering if that would be enough to keep growing as well. Maybe i should add carbohydrates to breakfast the morning after training? by the way I am eating 5 meals a day, breakfast, 2 protein/veggie/fat meals, then pre workout meal, intra, and post. Any feedback much appreciated.
No one can answer this question for you bud. you just have to track the kcal and training and see.
If your strength is going up and the scale isn’t moving and your shape isn’t changing then I would add more food if you are wanting to gain muscle.
I would start by upping the pwo carbs till you are at circa 100-120g.
Then look to add some more intra workout or pre workout and then both.
You then have to judge how composition is changing and how your body is handling the increased carbs. if your happy with look then start adding carbs to other meals.
If you feel your at your max of fluffiness so to speak then maybe add more protein pre/post first and then some good fats earlier in the day.
My post workout carbs are currently at 115 grams. The main concern i was having is would that be enough post workout because i do not eat again till the morning. I see a lot of people on here have a post workout meal and then a post post including moer fast acting carbs. So basically should I use my breakfast as a post post meal for more glycogen replenishment? I have read a lot about insulin sensitivity in the morning and have read it is best to just to have proteins and fats in the morning, not sure if that is a myth or not. Also I am 100% natural so would that also play any type of factor?
Again we cant tell you if its enough until you have monitored the things I stated earlier.
are you recovering? are you getting stronger? if so then you are eating enough for recovery and strength improvement.
then the question is – are you getting leaner??
if you are not then you need to either reduce calorie intake or increase calorie expenditure.
