    However as you during prep I wake with low BS any n always expect to if the diet is set up right so doing this is just to risky for myself.

    Therefore I couldn’t advise clients to do it either.

    You should be waking around 4. Anything sub 3 n I go dizzy etc n that just doesn’t sound fun during cardio

    @jordan peters doesn’t do cardio n I no he hasn’t tried this

    Very true brother, once the diet is trimmed down and I’m in the final month or so, I doubt this would be a necessary tool.

    Does @jordanpeters really do no cardio?

    He doesn’t need to now lol the muscle he carries, the poundage he moves in the gym and the years spent building his body and metabolism into a furnace means his NEAT is so high and what he then expends doing anything additional is more than enough as of late it seems.

    if only we were so lucky lol

    so you have 10mg = 10000mcg

    if you mix in 2ml of water this is 200 iu of water.

    10000/200 = 50mcg per IU of water so 4iu water would equal 200mcg I think buddy.,

    Hi guys,

    in preperation of my first proper off season.

    I’m currently maintenance at 40F/150C/300P. I plan on increasing carbs periodically as in when my body needs it in an attepmpt to stay as lean as possible.

    Question is when should i bring my protein macros down to incorporate more carbs, should i stay at 300P for now and just increase carbs when i holt in weight on the scales or reduce my protein to say 200/250 and add more carbs in from the get go?

    Also any recs for a decent glucose disposal agents?

    Can I ask why you are lowering protein.

    I appreciate the term carbs are protein sparing, however you are maintaining your muscle mass and recovery abilities on the above amount of building blocks. surely if your wanting to build more tissue you would not remove the actual blocks that we build tissue with.

    You now need to create a kcal excess overall to allow the building process to occur. This is were you add in more calories and ideally from CHO as this is what fuels the workouts. the workouts are the ignition for the building process to happen but the underlying factor needed is those essential building blocks.

    I hope this makes sense.

    I like to eat more on training days than rest days yeh as I train later in the day.

    If I trained earlier then I would likely take in more kcal later in the day on a rest day.

    fact is I don’t no one person on this planet who has been unable to have a child after AAs use.

    I include in this the hundreds of hours of podcasts/youtube videos and ni on thousands of hours spent reading forums and journals over the last 10-12 years. Still I am yet to find some one that says they tried and tried and were just unable to have children.

    I do no of 2 couples that are unable to have children. None go to the gym or no what a steroid is lol.

    For me those markers would indicate you are likely fertile.

    I would not change a thing and get a sperm test if this is your goal as dropping the clomid may effect this.

    As above testosterone doesn’t really indicate fertility etc.

    Rest day today. I need it to legs are in bits n lower back is a little sore.

    Cardio n abs this AM. Only had 1 carb meal today. My smoothy n 2 pro/fat meals.

    Out for a meal tonight n will be enjoying it so this balances things out

    Hi guys just wondering what’s best way to dial in ai dosage ?.would it be best to use adex on 200mg test cruise . Or wait untill i start to blast say 600mg test and then get bloods with 0.5 adex per day to see where my estro is ?
    Currently cruising on 200mg test e and using adex 1mg m/w/f And nipples cause a sharp pain to the touch . Which leads to believe i will require an abnormal amount of ai to control a blast . I really want to try a high test cycle but the estro concerns me
    I do have ore existing gyno dunno if this changes things

    That’s a fair bit of arimidex for a cruise dose. have you had bloods taken before to check estro levels – this would be a good move.

    if not – is the gyno there from a previous cycle? if so then this is only going to get worse as it hasn’t gone away during cruise even when using an AI. So a high test cycle would be crazy no matter the AI used.

    id be tempted to try some letro to see if this reverses it.

    Blood tests would be beneficial to you both now and for planning your cycles going forward

    No I did a mini cut. I’ve been running the lower cals for over a week now. Weight has dropped to 215lb ish.

    Which is the excess glycogen , water n fat gained from Xmas.

    That’s all I wanted really n gaining muscle is my main concern so wanted to make sure I was in a good position to do this.
