@drdeanstmart I didn’t think you would bud but can only speak for myself n others who have been around a long time. My fertility is still alive after a long time as are others I no.
There are always better ways.
However there are no studies done on prolonged hormonal use at our level I believe that would show this approach wouldn’t help per say.
As I said just makes sense to me.
Many HRT docs having lots of success using HCG on TRT yet it doesn’t make sense per say as I’ve seen you state n would agree on paper but it’s out there being done successfully.
Just my approach for this situation ????

I would do HCG personally. I always refer to Dante theory of jump starting the bodies system occasionally much like a car that’s sat for prolonged periods not being used.
Total bro science but done this with myself n clients for a long time and seems to keep things working.
So during that 4-6 weeks I’d run HCG 1500-2000iu MWF. Just do testes actually work etc etc not with the aim of recovery.
No science before any one gets over excited. Just lots of my own experience over last 8-10 years n reading n speak b n others with much more experience than me

So this morning was not fun. Gf had to put my socks on bless her. No cardio or training so just missed out carbs till last 3 meals of day.
Turkey mince 7% and 2 eggs
Turkey mince 7%?n cucumber
Steak salad with olives from subway
Basa fillets n 200g cooked rice
Steak n potato
Pre bed will be my health smoothy and ground rice
Stomach has been great. Back has eased off a touch during work but it’s still painful. If it doesn’t ease off I may call this end of my rebound n move into a rest phase for next 6 weeks with looking to maintain current weight n look while I cruise n look to boost fertility
I’m getting some slight tendinitis issues to. I’ve actually only had 7 days straight off from the gym once since January so I really need some Down time. Plan was to push another 2 weeks then cruise till end jan. Cutting that short will likely do more good than anything
Just annoying as I’m really in a good place mentally , strength fantastic and body fat pretty good but pushing n getting another injury is not a gd move with list of issues I already have lol

If your cruising in 200 test then your first option in my opinion makes most sense to push on for new tissue.

So my SI joint went again tonight during training. Second set in ????????
Managed to finish the workout n even hit a PB or 2. Had to alter some things slightly. Suffering now tho ????????
In better news adapting my daily food to having the protein fruit smoothy pwo with carbs instead of fish or chicken has allowed for less bloat n much better appetite. Already hungry for second Pwo meal due in 45 minutes

@mark this is defo one way I have heard people use to push harder but I feel it may lead to a build up of visceral fat or general fat storage unless your workouts are on the higher volume side milos style

@mark it’s only 3 x a week as laid out above. I only use when I use GH
Nothing would change if using as growth aid apart from dose n even then I wouldn’t push to high. I believe insulin should be used as part of an equation that includes gh, certain supps and nutritional timing to keep you healthy and push for growth. I don’t think any one should push the dose 2 high as you are always going to get more fat storage.
However this is very individual.
As I say in my opening post I havnt had an off season in a very long time so only ever used lantus like this at lower doses to aid recovery and nutrient transport etc.
This next 6 months I will push it a little harder no doubt n it will be logged in here.
However currently my body is growing very easy so there is no need.
I do get fat easy I just have that body type so need to be careful.
For info I feel you can push lantus to 75-100iu 3 x a week of one wanted to and found it beneficial as long as they were monitoring all other markers n i
Would consider doing this for 6-12 weeks depending on resultsI really don’t see any negatives from a physiological aspect based on my research n the YouTube video etc above.
If everything else is on point – food very clean – body fat staying acceptable- fasting blood sugar – cardio etc etc
I will monitor all in here n if I turn into a fat lump you no to ignore all this ????

@gt4_ade it’s a very complicated area. I spent years reading when younger n still do constant research to stay updated. I would really watch the 2 part YouTube clip link below and anything else posted etc by Collette. She explains things very well as when you read it can become mind boggling.
