    my pre meal is 40g carbs (1 hour before lift)

    my intra is 40g carbs+ 25g isolate ( pre digested)

    am I to pin 8ius after my pre workout meal if I am pinning for pre workout purposes or am I to pin 4 ius before my intra shake?

    since humalog is in your system for 4-5 hours, am I limited to only ingesting 80g carbs in that time frame to reduce risk of fat gain? I am not running gh.

    I would do some more research if im honest bud as it feels like your not 100% on how this should be done.

    You first need to determine your tolerance as there is no set number of carbs and it can also vary from workout to workout.

    So if I was using fast slin I would do it as follows.

    Pre workout meal as normal

    Pre shake – 30g carbs with my pre workout and EAA and jab 4iu slin here. 20 mins pre

    Intra would be 30-60g carbs depending on which bodypart I am training. Legs requires more than shoulders and chest for instance.

    I then need to be eating within 20-30 mins max of the session or I will hypo.

    These are carb amounts I no work for me. every one is different and if you get stuck in traffic or other issues it can cause problems. so some like to take in more carbs during this time which is fine but if your over shooting carbs you will IMO gain more fat depending on how the rest of the diet is set up.

    This is why im a fan of lantus these days and not fast acting slin.

    I also shoot my fast slin IM so its in and out quicker 🙂

    Again though this is all very individual and I don’t like to give advice out to any one but clients as I have more control and knowledge and it really is about figuring out what works best for you.

    Hi all. I’m very seriously considering retraining as a sports therapist later this year (via itec). So in terms of market research, I’m looking to find out what people would really be looking for. What services would you especially be looking for and what would particularly attract you to work with someone?

    hey, I have a first class honours in sports therapy and nutrition so may be able to help a little here.

    For me it was very useful as it just advanced what I was already doing and worked in well with Bodybuilding which I love obviously lol. However for the other 45 students on my course it wasn’t very useful at all.

    Most top clubs and health areas want you to be a qualified physio, same as working abroad and in a lot of fields as sports therapy isn’t that recognised nor is it a regulated profession. For example I spent 3 years and 300 hours of placement busting my ass yet have pople do a 9-12 mon th course at a college that can still right next to there name qualified sports therapist.

    In terms of other employment its doesn’t open many doors, so you can only work as a physic assistant within the nhs, Lower level sports clubs are fans of hiring sports therapist but this is only ever 2-3 hours work twice a week during training and a sat or sunday match hours and all clubs train and play on the same days so it really restricts things.

    For me I see much more nutrition clients and end up doing therapy work with these clients as much as one off clients but I do pick up a fair few. However I did an additional 100 hours work with an chiro and got a job working alongside him while I was at uni and learnt a lot more working with him that I find useful these days than I did off my course in all honesty.

    Hey guys. A little update …. just call me sick note as now I have a shoulder issue. . I’ve spoke to jordan. The plan is to self medicate so I need to get this in

    200mcg bp157 twice a day, apply dit da jow 3 times a day and double my curcummin intake from 400 am and pm to 800 am and pm.

    So I have a treatment on it tomorrow. It’s a strange catchy, sharp feeling when I reach for things, pull down or press overhead. Pray for me guys. I’ve voiced my concerns to jordan that I’m feeling pretty pathetic so just want to apologise to you guys for my lack of positive training or informative logs too. I’m determined to not let this set back de rail me for long but it is literally one thing after another recently and I’m still waiting for a surgery date on my hernias.

    Hey my man, it sounds like it could be the supraspinatus tendon that runs through a little hole were your acromio/clavicular joint and can cause a clicking sensation and pain as you raise your hand upwards etc. You may just need deep tissue around the scapula and a chiro to do some realignment work on you.

    Wait till you get hold like me, I get treatment every 3-4 weeks due to constant issues like this lolol

    Woke up feeling full of cold today so im going to just rest, take loads of meds and hopefully ok for legs 2moro.

    Again this week is not important, we are all systems go from Monday and I want to be fully fit for this, not run myself down trying to train through a bug and drag it out.

    I’m definitely no expert here, but a dose of 750mg seems a little reckless considering he’s only been using AAS for total 20 weeks?

    As Dean said, if you’re not seeing first cycle progress from 250mg then highly likely your gear is under dosed.

    Reckless.

    He’s done 250 and 500. He has no Choice really but to up the dose if he wants to stay on.

    Or he could do the other options I stated.

    Every one of us in here genetically reacts different to drugs. I may need 2ml for your 1ml n he may need 4ml to get same results.

    His gear may be under dosed.

    We can only advise based on the info given

    Also I’m sorry but that’s a little nonsense to. 250mg only puts some people at top of normal range through blood tests.

    So he may of not seen much of anything in terms of accelerated progress of his natural test wasn’t far off this.

    Hence 500mg is the recommended bro science dose. Some of that stuff has common sense n education behind it.

    I would bolus them between meals if you wanted to play about with them.

    Meal 1 solid

    2 hours later – 20g EAA

    2 hours later – solid meal

    Repeat

    @hilly what other things do you do to help as well mate.

    Things that are individual to me buddy that may not be relevant to you.

    Specific pre biotics, specific food choices and combinations plus certain supplements that help make up for were my body is lagging. These instances are very individual and take a long time to rectify or work around.

    other option is to go doctors and let them tell you you have IBS and just suffer lol

    Hey Hilly, how do you judge that your morning shake works well? What are the benefits that you notice?

    well I take it to help with digestion, bloat and insulin sensitivity as well as bowel movements and apettite.

    All of which are better when using this morning drink. On top of some other things I do during the day I feel I am digestiong all of my food much better.

    How do I judge this.

    More regular bowel movements with better consistency.
    I hit 223lb only eating 3500kcal train days and 2750kcal rest days. I feel this shows I am really utilising all the food I am taking in.

    Look to your diet – food sources and timings.

    Try fasting until 10am most days and having the first meal Pro/fat.

    You should get pretty hungry later in the day.

    cardio also is a huge help just 20-30 minutes first thing.3

    How are your bowel movements and transit times etc?

    Back into the swing of things from yesterday. Ive decided ive gained some unwanted weight so will be doing a mini cut from now for the next 2-3 weeks during my cruise. MAkes sense really.

    Dropping Train day macros to 3000kcal and Rest day macro to 2500.

    cardio still at 30 mins 5-6 days a week.

    Will through some EPH in twice a day as I have some there in a half finished tub.

    Had hours deep tissue yesterday and hours re alignment today and feel so much better.

    Back to chasing log book from 2moro and I cant wait 🙂

    will be doing something similar myself just minus Anadrol…pro SD on and off , possibly like you some Tbol…..and maybe 200mg EQ in there also – just seems to help a bit with appetite.

    you don’t get on with Deca I take it? hence the ester

    Im really looking forward to the cycle and taking my doses much higher than ever before.

    yeh deca ruins my life in terms of sexdrive lol so going with NPP as it doesn’t seem as bad and the mast seems to keep my free test real high.

    What amount GH and Slin are you using?

    during my rebound was 8iu GH and 20-25iu Lantus

    Currently nothing for this month while I cruise just MK677 10mg pre bed. I may add 2iu in pre gym also 4 days per week but im tempted to just leave it out and give body a break from it and then use more during next blast.

    Next blast I want 10iu MWF with lantus again.

    So training split is
    back/rear delts/traps and calfs
    shoulders and chest
    legs
    arms.

    due to my pec restricting things following a PPL isn’t possible as the way I have to train just 1 pec means if I then tried to do triceps after this one would be more worked than the other etc. So this I find the best work around for myself.

    Again I train shoulders first and then move to my left pec, I hate these sessions as they are so restricted and I have to be so careful but such is life.

    Cardio up till 10 days ago was 30 minutes fasted 5-6 times a week, I strained the ligaments in my foot so have had to stop this over Christmas which I didn’t mind to much but it is now started up again from today.

    I do it as often as I can to be honest but minimum 5 x a week and I will keep this in for the full duration of offseason.
