If liver is fine on blood results this is fine.
I would run Tudca week 4-10 then after cycle.

I wouldn’t use one n I’m not a fan of Dbol.
I would go 50mg training days 90 mins pre gym for duration of cycle

You could go to 750mg now for 8-10 weeks.
There really won’t be any major issues from this. Recovery at your age will be difficult anyway.
If your shut down your shut down n if you don’t want kids then you would just go on HRT which is technically what you were on the first part at 250mg a week.
I would get bloods done and if all ok go to 750mg for 8-10 weeks.
Then have a serious think n read on PCT and HRT and make a better decision on how you will cycle going forward

There is no normal guideline in this area.
It’s what has been normal for you over the years
However5-8 times a day is a little to much I feel. I would discuss it with your doctor

I would look towards some specific core strength exercises as well as stretches for the following
Quads
Hams
Glutes n piriformis
Hip flexors
Lower backDo these daily.
Is it worse when you wake ? Is your mattress very soft or memory foam ? If you move during sleep or sleep on side etc this can make things worse. I bought a hard mattress n it’s much better on my lower back.
After all of this or alongside if it’s chronic pain and effecting your life go to doctors and get MRI. Only way to be certain

I would recommend a chiropractor. I’ve had lots of success with them.
Not so much with osteo but again this can depend on the individual

Ducolease is ok for prolonged use while u research and find better alternatives
However I never did while using drugs that caused constipation

15-20g glutamine

I would push hard to continue the recomp.
Once that seems to stop re assess n look to put a harder swing on towards dropping body fat.

Initially these next 4 weeks will just be cruising and maintaining condition while pushing food very slowly.
Then Feb cycle starts.
AIM IS MINIMUM 240lb. Which will be heaviest ever and this is first offseason I’ve had for 4-5 years as just haven’t been interested.
DIET will be no different to now as I no what agrees n doesn’t with my digestion. It will just be more n more food lol
This will be the hardest part to manage for me as having slow gastric transit means eating lots is difficult but I have a few tricks I will be utilising.
PED – will he highest I have ever taken as I’m wanting to step on stage 10lb heavier than October which is a huge ask in 10 months total time but aiming big is the only way.

6-800 NPP
100 oxy per day if doesn’t effect appetite. If it does I’ll switch to Tbol.GH n slin MWF as I prefer.
Training I will be utilising my FOURs programme as it did wonders last year when in deficit so can’t wait in this set up.
