    @adrian Thomas yes bud it’s quicker.

    I usually get people to go sub Q first then move to IM once try get feel of insulin n how it effects as IM can hit a touch harder to do it’s gd to have some experience first.

    I wouldn’t say 2 shows makes you advanced and I would argue that at your weight there isn’t a need for insulin yet.

    Now we’re past the sensible stuff.

    I would shoot the gh 60 mins pre gym if you can. Shoot the insulin 20-30 minutes pre – I prefer IM here.

    No need to add a post workout shot in your first run at the start. I would use the first 6 – 8 weeks to just taper dose up to 8-10iu

    Then next run add. Post workout shot in

    Agreed with Stephen. Coming off 4 weeks is just silly.

    I would run a low dose test for 4 weeks with HCG.

    Then if it was a cycle for myself.

    Test, NPP, SD pre gym first 7 weeks.
    AI arimidex
    T3 to keep myself at very top normal levels which for me is 50mcg. I’m still in range here but sitting at very top.
    Clen or eph IF needed.

    Last 7 weeks
    Test , tren, mast , Tbol daily.

    5 weeks put low dose winny in n taper up into show.

    2 weeks out pull test n Tbol n gh if running.

    Job done.

    This is for my body n what works. This could be a disaster for others

    I’m a little worried your basing everything from your cycles n why the drugs will change.

    So if your growing then food is higher if you start dieting food comes down.

    Drugs should be in there n are based on how your body responds.

    I like to use low dose NPP into a show n pull 5-6 weeks out as makes me hold a little water which helps joints etc and I feel you can still grow during prep.

    Then I’ll pull n put hardening drugs last 4-6 weeks

    So stayed with @jordan Friday night n into Saturday were we trained pull.

    Was a gd trip n fantastic session.

    Chilled out last night.

    Out for family breaky today then to the pub with my GF in our Xmas jumpers for dinner n to get well n truly merry ????????

    @THP steroids being illegal in USA n Scott being who he is there is no PED discussion in there for obvious reasons.

    The book is the best thing you will buy in terms of improving health n body.

    I worked with Scott several years ago and have never learnt so much n still utilise lots to this day n still bought the book
