    Its possible depending on timings of meals n training.

    So I train at 6pm. My 2 meals pre n post have carbs so I’m always ok.

    Rest days my carbs are mid day.

    If I trained earlier I would have carbs later on the rest day.

    Have u considered this

    arm Training was all about getting a huge pump.

    Bi exercise SS with Tri exercise.

    First 2 exercises 4 work sets

    Second 2 exercises 3 work sets

    Calf’s

    Could barely move my arms.

    So I was meant to be travelling down to stay with @Jordan as I do every few weeks but he has something on so I will be down next Friday and Saturday pre xmas.

    So normal day today and arms later on will be a pump session – fast paced etc nothing on the heavier side to tax joints.

    I may rest all weekend or go in 2moro and do some side delts and pec as these are areas I want to bring up a touch along side some calves purely just to get in the gym and an excuse to eat loads of sushi as me and my training partner do every Saturday.

    Hi Peter, read in another thread of yr carb back loading, is it the same as john kiefers way? do you think carb backloading is good for recomping?

    I don’t backload all of my carbs just 50% of them and this is due to the stomach issues I explain in my initial post (slow gastric transit) If I try and eat to much during the day my stomach is to full and distended due to its slow emptying so this way I use more fats earlier in the day and then faster digesting easy to digest dense carbs after training and pre bed etc. This is personalised to myself.

    I have done a full prep CBL under scott Stephenson (pre Jordan working with him initially) and it worked well but I do prefer to have some carbs pre training for myself and clients both prep and off season in general.

    As my offseason progresses I will have to move more carbs in during the day its just as im growing slowly due to having only 6-7 months growing before im straight back into prep im monitoring all much tighter than if I had a full year plus off season

    Yes Gh post recovery is fantastic IMO and the best bet overall.

    When I had surgery on my torn pec I literally was injecting Gh within hours of the surgery as well as some MGF (debatable if it was real) but the GH defo was pharma grade.

    The surgery was on the Monday and I attended the nurse Friday to get the dressing changed. She wouldn’t believe I had surgery 4 days ago to the point were she had to check notes on the computer as the incision had healed so quick.

    See Tb500 and BPC research is on tendon healing from a tendinits or detachment aspect were as Gh will help all cells in the body heal quicker so its taking this information into account when coming up with methods and protocols.

    This is were I was coming from in my previous post. Every man and his dog is now wanting to run both TB500 and BPC but they don’t have a clue why they just see people running both and the funniest thing is these people running both don’t really no why.

    I would never start any new drug alongside another new drug on the same day as we have no idea how we will react individually etc etc.

    If you get on with milk then there is no reason to remove it if it fits into your macros.

    Full fat milk is a very good food source for those that digest it.

    However most cannot and have issues to some extent with it.

    Good diet and adjusted training volume is number 1 factor

    Accepting you will get a little softer.

    A low dose insulin can help pre gym depending on level at.

    Nothing to take after however from my perspective I would look to run GH or MK677 to aid in healing
