    That’s what I did as explained above.

    I would recommend doing some research and making your own conclusion but this worked for me

    I prefer this when the focus is muscle growth.

    Makes sense to me on many different levels.

    I find it works well but you may experience more sides in a way. Lethargy etc

    I have this on no gear. Why

    I’m up 22lb in the last 8 weeks

    I carb backload over 200g between 6:30pm n 10pm.

    So it doesn’t have to be drug related.

    Have u looked at all other things going on is my point here

    Between 4-6 in terms of general health but there are a million factors n there is no need to check in the grand scheme of things

    @mark no I used one then the other bud.

    To gauge body reaction and results.

    Any one who uses 2 brand new drugs they have never used before together the first time is mad in my opinion.

    If they have a bad reaction they won’t no which one.

    Plus if I remember right from the papers i read it seemed to make sense to do one then the other for a certain reason but I can’t remember exactly why as it’s been over a year.

    I am big into reading a lot of literature, understanding drugs n then using them in a way that makes sense to me.

    Why do u want to throw then both in on top of each other straight away ? Has your research pointed out this seems the best way ?

    Ditto Hilly. I think there is something to be said for really owning a movement and if there are too many variations you may struggle with that.

    Totally agree.

    I am very limited with a lot of movements due to my 2 slipped discs and torn right pec so have to just keep rotating through them

    Hey guys, i have been seeing a lot of yoghurt on the diet plans here in the last few months. I know its nothing new, i use it daily. Its good for the gut too.

    My question is, which kind do you guys use? Greek no fat? Regular no fat? I have seeing 200-300g on last meal at some athletes logs, so was thinking which kind

    It depends on were its sitting in your diet as Stephen says.

    I have a lot of clients use the Total 0% greek yogurt pre bed with protein powder and nut butter to make a tasty yogurt or freeze it into a healthy ice cream. as the yogurt is a lot of casein this is the perfect pre bed meal.

    If the client needs the kcal I will have them use full fat total greek yogurt. This us a good during the day option to.

    The other ones tend to be higher in sugar and I would keep them to post workout to boost protein and sugars.

    Must say im enjoying business being a little quieter this time of year as allows me to focus on some additional work for myself and business.

    My FOUR’s program will be up for sale on my site by this weekend with the template I used from qualifier to finals with some advice on how to adapt it to yourself.

    Im missing the program already and its only been a week but we all must take some time away from battering our bodies week in week out for longevity and overall progress.

    Another week of this style of training then a week off and by then my body should be in a great place to pick back up the FOUR’s programme and numbers I left it at to start pushing into new territory.

    I will still be doing cardio 5-6 x a week and over xmas this will be increased if anything just to pass some time and get out and about. I will also run my detox programme from the day after bodying day to new years eve to give my digestion a break and clear out ready for the next big push.

    @hilly nac during or all year round?

    I take it year round bud. why would I not want to protect my liver 24/7 and make sure any damaged is reversed during off time as fast as possible.

    That’s very much up to how many exercises you find optimal for your body in my opinion.

    If you only seen to find optimal connection with a handful of equipment in your gym then it may just be 1 or 2
