Your levels are in range n estro is a touch high. I’m presuming it was very recently you finished cycle. Did u tell the doctor this ?

@matt Aston no I’d say if your hitting close to 15k steps a day you wouldn’t need it.
It would likely be counter productive if in a gaining phase

1 arm behind back cable raises – 6 sets 20/20/15/15/12/10
Dual D grip front raises – 6 sets as above
Seated side later machine raise – 4 heavy sets 10-12 Reps same weight
1 arm front raise on above machine – same rep scheme
Seated cable pec fly – 8-10 sets of 10 reps pyramid up in weight till couldn’t get 10
Pec dec – 3 sets 10-15 Reps same weight.
Calf’s – standing SS knees bent – 4 sets.
Job done.
