I don’t like the idea of short cycles unless there is a bridge/cruise inbetween n then it’s more pulse cycling in my opinion than a short cycle.

Arms today was a great session. Weights up on most things.
Cable EZ bar curl – 2 x 12 reps – diff machine so no weight logged
Rope push down – 2 sets 12 Reps. Up in Reps
Seated 1 arm DB curl – 2 sets 10 Reps – up in Reps both sets
1 arm cable push down 1 x 12 – up in Reps hit 14. 1 set 4’s
1 arm preacher machine curl – 1 x 12 reps. Same as last week got 11 on same weight. 1 x 4’s
Standing tricep extension using cuffs – 2 x 12 – up in weight both sets
D handle fore arm curls – 2 x 15. Up in Reps.
1 x giant set – bi, tri , forearms. – 20/20/20 reps.

I don’t like to do more than 2ml in most sites as they just don’t sit right and never have.
For myself comfortably
quads upper and lower – 2.5ml max
delts – 2ml max but usually lump a little. 1ml preferably
glutes – 2.5ml – however I don’t do these any more. I think I have damaged the nerves in my left glute as get a constant tingly/numb main that gets worse if I jab that site and there is los of literature on this being an issue.
lats – my new fave site – 3ml no issues.
Inner/outer tri – 0.5ml per site is comfortable and no issues
Bicep – 0.5ml – I don’t do these and never have regularly as I notice if I do jab I start to get tendinitis issues.
This varies a lot person to person though. 2 of my mates can do 3-4ml in each delt no issues at all but cant jab quads etc.

250mg puts me at 50ish n 500mg puts me at 120.

It really depends on level of development n how strong and how well u recover.
For myself I prefer a bodypart every 5 days.
If you can train things twice a week n recover give it ago then revert to once per week etc.
Periodisation is key in setting up training.
