    Food today

    salmon and eggs

    7% turkey mince and cucumber

    chicken and jasmine rice

    chicken and jasmine rice

    10g EAA/pre workout and 25g jelly babies
    intra 10g EAA, 25g cyclic dextrin

    pwo – egg white, EAA, pineapple/berry smoothy with ground rice or cereal – 50p, 140c

    Pre bed – basa fillets, basmati rice, sweet chilli sauce and coconut oil – 60p, 90-100c, 10f

    total – 350p, 430c, 55f

    Digestion is good, little tired today and going to try and get a 30 minute nap in after work before legs.

    This lump on the medial part of my knee is down a lot but still sore. I am hoping it doesn’t effect my leg session tonight as im really looking forward to it.

    Session is legs A

    horizontal leg curl done 1 leg at a time – 1 x 8-10, 1 x 10-12

    Leg press – 1 x 12, 1 x 20 RP to get over 20 reps

    seated hack squat – 2 x 10 reps

    1 leg extension on plate loaded HS – 1 x 15, 1 x 4’s

    seated ham curl – 1 x 12, 1 x 4’s

    adductor -1 x triple drop set

    abductor – 1 x triple drop set

    if I can still walk I may do a set of walking lunges.

    I subscribe to the idea that it is linked yes.

    However its far to small of a detail for us to be able to monitor and use any info gathered effectively. I have tried lol just ends up giving you a bad head

    Then again I’ve never used sterile water to mix gh.

    So stomach n bowel movement continue to be good.

    Shoulders n chest today. Not very fun session for me due to pec I’m extremely limited but I do ok.

    Machine side lateral – 2 work sets , 1 x 4’s. Actually switched up onnthis n faced away from pad. Felt better on my delts

    Stand flat bar cable front raise. 3 work sets. Up in weight heaviest set first – up in Reps next 2 sets

    Lay cuff lateral raises – 3 sets – up in Reps first 2 sets

    1 arm front delt raise using cuff. 2 work sets. Up in weight both sets

    Seated cable fly left pec only – 3 works sets heaviest first – up in Reps all
    Sets

    Decline cable raise – as above – up in weight

    Pec dec – 2 x triple drop
    Sets

    Seated toe press – 142 x 18 – up in weight – 142 x f, 142 x f

    Unreal pump n connection today. Judt always having to be careful as everything hurts pec to some extent so session isn’t any fun lol.

    It sounds like your struggling with appetite not digestion??

    There is a huge difference.

    Digestion issue means you can be hungry but are very bloated , backed up n gassy.

    Appetite means you have none of the above but the thought of eating doesn’t occur or food makes u gagg etc

    Speak to the surgeon and ask if he left any gland in. Most do to aid in keeping a natural look to the nipple.

    Even if he did you can still use judt he clever with drug choice n monitor things better.
