    Defo no good that. I’ve never seen mine elevated like that even in on Tbol , Superdrol plus injects.

    Do u drink or do reccies?

    If not I would avoid orals in future n get regular blood work to make sure that drops back into range

    My note I keep on phone for myself n clients with average cost

    Health supps a must

    Tudca 250mg – nac 600mg was taking when bloods gd from prohormones – free

    ubiquinol, was taking – COq10 / 8 a month
    turmer/curcumin 500mg, was taking – 8 a month
    citrus berg wasnt but this improved cholesterol which was bad on bloods – 500mg a day for 2 months so 26 per month
    Vitamin D3 take 5000Iu – 6 per month
    Betain – 6 a month
    Total – 55-60 a month including postage

    Strom is 44 per month but getting less betain n less cq10 but more tudca etc

    90 quid a month for all supps bar vitamin

    Rest day today. 40 mins cardio n stretching.

    Had couple nutrition clients and a sports therapy client.

    Now off to Xmas markets with Charl for the day. So how I’ll manage diet

    Fasted till 11am as usual

    M1 – smoothy – 300ml egg whites, frozen berries , pineapple ,10g EAA, sauerkraut, salt n cinnamon

    M2 – 60g beef isolate

    M5 – 200g turkey mince 7% and 2 eggs.

    Pre bed – 30g beef iso and 300ml egg whites and 10ml rapeseed oil

    So I’ve defo got 200g protein here minimum n some fats.

    Then I’ll be hitting lots meat at the Xmas markets – I always avoid dairy etc but I may treat myself to a big ass sausage in a bun ????????

    Stayed with Jordan last night. Hit miller and carter for a lovely meal.

    Then legs today although I could only do odd things with the lads as I can’t load spine due to injuries stated first page so I just annihilated them doing my own thing.

    Extensions – 1 work warm up – 1 x failure

    Banded leg press – 2 failure sets over 20 reps
    Vertical leg press – 2 failure sets 15 rep goal

    1 leg ham curls – 2 failure sets 10 rep

    Extension- 1 x 4’s

    Lay ham curls – 1 x 4’

    Job done – legs pumped to death

    2 hour drive home brutal

    We did my 3 caliper site

    Abs – no change

    Love handle – no change

    Glute – 1.1 up

    Not bad for 5-6lb scale increase

    It’s Chinese based so is always going to be debatable and have variance.

    I used some years ago seemed decent then next batch poor. Similar to hygetropin etc

    I have used it n have a fair bit in cupboard been sat there over a year. I didn’t feel much from it’s use once or twice I tried n once I read more into it n it’s possible addictive characteristics I decided to avoid.

    Try some 5-HPT possibly if not wanting to drop tren.

    However if any drug was making me depressed I would drop. Especially this time of year

    They look different to my results usually show.

    My ranges Re usually 40-130 and 10-50 on my blood work for AP and AT under liver.

    What were the ranges in yours

    How often do u train legs per week.

    If it’s just once. Increase that to twice. Don’t over complicate things.

    Top up work per say is when your at a very high level n training with n intensity that kicks your ass n you need to be careful adding additional load n volume. For most of us this isn’t an issue n we can just add an extra day in. So if training push pull legs. You could do
    Legs
    Push
    Off
    Pull
    Off
    Legs
    Off

    If train 5 days

    If training 5 days you may just keep rotating through n hit every thing more often.

    However most people have weak legs purely because they just don’t train them hard enough. This is just a common fact legs need more effort and intensity to grow than any other body part.
