    @mark so there are many reasons

    One I believe it’s very effective and safe

    Two – my fasting blood sugars were running high from the GH dose 3 x a week. Lantus is perfect to counter act this

    Three – gh in bolus dose stays actives for 7-10 hours. Again lantus will run along side this creating the synergy we want

    Four – I train at 6pm so this is much safer for use at this time than fast acting

    Five – as you can see I load 50-60% my daily carbs Intra n during 5-7 hours post gym as I eat during night as well so having the lantus active makes perfect sense

    Six – it’s very safe

    I run it with pre gym meal

    I won’t go higher than 30iu as I’m utilising it more for blood sugar management and glycogen storage during rebound – health focused then using it to push for growth

    If your primo is real for certain then I would go with that. If it’s UGL I’d be tempted to Run EQ with test and rebound for 8-12 weeks of you are then coming off for a year

    It’s not a new way to go and of on what we class as a cycle then these amounts of oils are to much to shoot Subq I believe.

    However I have seen lots of blood workout including some clients that show daily dosing subq gives very good results in terms of test/estrogen ratio etc

    I intend to trial EOD subq dosing during my coming cruise phase

    Trial and error bud and what level your physique is at. If you need overall strength and size U/L is fantastic. I put a lot of new clients on this and actually cycle back to it myself during certain periods of the year

    My training split is a 4 day split over 5 days

    Back
    Shoulders/chest
    Legs
    Arms

    With 2 cycles for each workouts A and B

    So it’s basically 4 sets of 4 reps with no rest
    1st 4 – 4 second concentric normal eccentric
    2nd 4 – 4 second eccentric normal concentric
    3rd 4 – 4 normal full Reps
    4th 4 – 4 partials

    I then sometimes add iso holds or change the range the partials are in

    Likely diet layout changes coming to help get food in n improve transit

    Meal 1 – drop smoothy to pwo and have chicken with whole eggs

    Meal 2 – turkey mince n veg

    Meal 3 – chicken n switching to jasmine rice. Less quantify for more kcal n carbs

    Meal 4 – fish n jasmine rice with coconut oil – this is 2 hours pre gym sometimes a little more. I feel the stomach should be on the emptier side when using Intra workout n I train better that way. Especially with my slow GIT. This is why my food is quite low during the day. Plus I’m not that active

    Ok way gym pre workout plus EAA n sea salt plus jelly babies
    Intra EAA CYCLIC DEX AND SEA SALT

    Meal 5 – rice crispies with fruit/egg white /EAA Smoothie – soon to add couple slices gluten free fruit loaf – Reading I’m adding smoothy here is to aid in pwo digestion and also it has cucumber n spinach in to help push food through during the night instead of during the day. I seem to be having a large bowel movement post gym n I would ideally like this to happen earlier in the day so hoping this helps that. I can also add carbs to the smoothy if I need to ????

    Meal 6 – either jasmine rice or ground rice depending on appetite n stomach with basa fillets – frozen white fish and beef isolate.

    This I will implement from 2moro n see how I get on as my food continues to climb
