For those that don’t know me I’m Hope, I’m 22 and an amateur bikini athlete from the UK. I’m a full time student studying occupational therapy and also work alongside this. This space is a place for me to document all things prep/life/bodybuilding.
I’m currently in prep, one week out from my first ever pro qualifier (11th April) and also have the Ben Weider (3rd May) planned. This is my second season competing, I did one show back in 2024 with the NPC b ut was far too small – I still have a long way to go in terms of the size needed but I look forward to sharing my journey with you guys. I competed last weekend at the Condition Cup regional where I placed 1st in my height class (G). Also spent some time in the centre during the overall but was moved out at the end. Received some great feedback from the judges which was more condition through the hamstring and glute and also had some posing tweaks to make upon analysing my physique.
I’ll insert my check in from this morning below. I’m on a high food day today which has been lovely, I’ve been on rest day food for the past week so making the most of the extra carbs and fats. Today’s macros are as follows: 151 p, 199c, 33f.
