Good evening peeps,
Hope everyone is well. I’m currently feeling slightly sorry for myself – I have a wisdom tooth infection and currently on antibiotics. No training for me today sadly 🙁 can’t wait to be back to my usual self!!! Weight had spiked a few days ago – which now explains why. Had a busy day on placement today, just finished meal prepping for tomorrow and I’m ready for an early night. Hoping to maybe train tomorrow – crossing my fingers I keep improving.

Hey all,
Today was my first day back training at my gym, glutes and hamstrings of course and the session was great! I’m loving my new meal plan, food is varied which I think is helping my hunger – I’ve been back on plan since Alicante and so far it’s been fine! I’m back on placement this week, worked the whole weekend so feeling pretty tired. About to go to bed to do it all again tomorrow hehe. Upper body day tomorrow though which I’m looking forward to. Hope everyone’s had a great day 🙂

Good afternoon guys,
We travelled back from Alicante yesterday, was sad to be leaving but now I’m home I’m happy. Today’s my first proper day following my new food plan. Macros are as followed; 148g protein, 253g carbs, 46g fat. Resting today has ended up training twice post show at Titan and feeling tired today – think it’s from the travel.
Very excited to be back in the gym, tomorrow and get back in to the groove of loving training and posing. Hope everyone’s having a good day 🙂

We got first place!! I am so over the moon, there was 5 girls in my line up all of which were really good. I couldn’t believe when they called the 2nd place lol. Feeling very grateful I got the opportunity to be in the overall. I’m also so pleased with the look we brought, definitely my best yet. I managed to speak to one judge afterwards in the break who said my glutes were good and overall structure is nice, legs and upper body need some work though. He was also happy with the condition brought and said anymore could ruin my physique (as we know from the previous shows lol) due to me being a taller girl.
Me and Joe enjoyed a lovely meal out, we went to a pizza restaurant which Joe went to when he competed back in 2023 and it was INCREDIBLE. Pizza, salad and gelato was consumed – I could have finished my pizza and gelato but didn’t want to eat loads then feel uncomfortably full.
Plan today is to go and train at Titan again, devolume session for me but I’m looking forward to going back, then dinner in the evening with Joe – I’m thinking a nice steak meal. We’ve been out this morning for a walk around the resort and to get an espresso. Looking forward to some downtime now.
Checked in this morning with Meg, 1.2kg up but to be expected after last nights dinner out. But feeling super positive on the whole and ready for this next phase. Hope everyone has a lovely day 🙂

About to head to bed, had a great pump session at Titan today, will definitely be back post show for a proper session. I’ve just had some extra carbs and fats in my last meal (3 rice cakes/10g dark choc) feeling chilled and excited for tomorrow. I have my makeup at 7am and tan at 2pm, thinking we’ll be on stage for around 4.30pm. I will update you tomorrow 🙂 hope everyone’s had a great day.

Good evening all,
Short and sweet one tonight. We are in Alicante! Landed this morning, super happy with the look, also extremely tired was up at 2am for the flight and not napped today! Extra rice cakes and dark chocolate today which was lovely, definitely the fullest I’ve looked.
Let’s see how tomorrow is, registration is at 10am so aiming to get there early then going to Titan for a pump session – very excited to check out the gym. Hope everyone’s had a fab day!

Hey all,
Today’s check in. Held weight this morning, currently sat at 51.2kg, food is the same as planned today – 220 carb, 161 protein and 28 fat.
I’ll put a comparison below of today’s check in at 5 days out vs my 5 days out from the TBJP pro qual. Super pleased with the progress made with Meg – she’s a phenomenal coach.
Trained legs this afternoon which was a great session, glutes felt pumped so I’m happy.
Got some online training to do for work tonight and my lovely bowl of 75g of cor to have after. Hope everyone’s had a lovely day.

I hope everyone’s had a good day! Today was a rest day for me, went to the gym after my placement to do some posing – which I was actually pleased with! Meg gave me some posing tweaks to work on which I’m excited to trial. On the drive home it suddenly hit me that this is the last week of prep, I actually can’t believe it’s here. I feel like the last two weeks ish I’ve been feeling ready to grow and give that my all, and now part of me feels sad it’s coming to an end lol. Anyway today we had an extra 10g dark choc in meal 1 and an extra 15g cor and 10g almond butter going in my last meal – which I am so excited about. I have about 9 bags of cor so it’s always hard choosing which flavour to have as my big bowl to end the day – went for banoffee tonight one of my faves.
About to do some last min shopping for Alicante, cook my meals for tomorrow and get into bed. Will post my check in tomorrow and see how we’re looking 🙂

Hey guys,
What a busy week I’ve had. Started my first placement this week, I’m at a forensic mental health unit (basically individuals who aren’t able to go to prison due to their mental illness/diagnosis go to this place) so it’s been interesting to say the least.
Weight seems to have steadied off towards the end of this week, I’ve been having an extra 60g cor and 10g dark choc in my last meal which has been getting me through the day lol.
Earlier in the week was feeling pretty overwhelmed, but feeling way more myself now – always want to keep it real. Think it was just prep things/life/placement I just felt exhausted but I’m here and feeling better.
12 hour shift tomorrow then training upper, wish me luck. Hope everyone’s well and had a great day

Day off today wooo. Weight dropped a little back down to 51.6kg this morning after spike up yesterday. I feel as though my body is coming back to life, also felt way more energised today – could be because I was seeing Joe though lol. Anyway feet up on the sofa waiting for 8pm (cor time). I start my first day of placement tomorrow- wish my luck. Hope everyone’s had a good day:)

Good evening guys, long day day for me I’ve only just got home from work! No rest for the wicked lol. Anyway super happy with this mornings check in, was actually 1kg up however changes have been made (3iu GH rather than 2, anavar back in at 5mg, clen down to 40mcg with the addition of T4 at 50mcg. I’ll pop a comparison of today’s front shot vs three days ago (when the changes were made). We’re definitely a lot fuller and less stringy.
On the whole we’re feeling good, sort of had mixed feelings post show – changing coaches and all the the other typical prep feels but I’m feeling positive.
Tomorrow’s another 12 hour shift for me so I’m up early to check in and get training done. Time to go make my cor and get to bed. Hope everyone’s had a good day 🙂

Very late one for me tonight. I ended up falling asleep when I got home from work so out doing the last of my steps! Only 1k to do.
We’ve had a little change of plan, with someone else taking over the reigns of my prep which I’m super excited about. All will be revealed in due time hehe.
It wasn’t a decision I made light heartedly but felt as the time was right. Anyway enough of that. Checked in at 51.2kg, have had a few changes which I will speak about more – but on the whole we’re feeling good.
I have a day off uni and work tomorrow so looking forward to putting all my focus into it my leg session and posing. Hope everyone’s had a good day 🙂

What a great day I’ve had. The photoshoot the gym went really well, it was lovely to meet other athletes and then trained upper and did some posing rounds. I loved loved loved the gym, will definitely be back. The posing room was also great – got to practice my walk which is always a bonus.
Just eaten my cor – went for chocolate orange tonight which is a firm favourite.
Busy 12 hour day at work tomorrow but will upload my check in and see how we’re looking then.

For those that don’t know me I’m Hope, I’m 22 and an amateur bikini athlete from the UK. I’m a full time student studying occupational therapy and also work alongside this. This space is a place for me to document all things prep/life/bodybuilding.
I’m currently in prep, one week out from my first ever pro qualifier (11th April) and also have the Ben Weider (3rd May) planned. This is my second season competing, I did one show back in 2024 with the NPC b ut was far too small – I still have a long way to go in terms of the size needed but I look forward to sharing my journey with you guys. I competed last weekend at the Condition Cup regional where I placed 1st in my height class (G). Also spent some time in the centre during the overall but was moved out at the end. Received some great feedback from the judges which was more condition through the hamstring and glute and also had some posing tweaks to make upon analysing my physique.
I’ll insert my check in from this morning below. I’m on a high food day today which has been lovely, I’ve been on rest day food for the past week so making the most of the extra carbs and fats. Today’s macros are as follows: 151 p, 199c, 33f.
