Or maybe your estrogen/ prolactin is higher this time, so experiencing more side. Have you got bloods from both cycles to compare?

Wasn’t using any AI or any other compound. Which is why I’m thinking it could have been deca, but would it show up as high test?
I’ve just switched to Rhom so will get bloods taken in a couple of weeks & update.
I was using pharmaq previously
I’ll try the B6 but I’ve started taking cabergoline to bring the prolactin down fast. Cheers @Hilly

Hi Corinne, I agree with the low/ no carbs. I feel I have better energy with pro/ fat when doing day to day tasks, but when I go a prolonged period without carbs, then have a rice cake (for example) I can’t just have one, it’s normally the whole pack.
I understand this is a hormonal response, when calories have been low for so long, but this is what I find most difficult during a cut. Do you ever feel like this and if so, how do you control it? It’s mainly a mental thing I’m sure, but something just takes over my brain and I HAVE to keep eating haha.This is why, in the past, I just eliminated carbs completely so I didn’t have that problem.

Cheers for both your answers. I thought as much, I’ll cycle between the two. I’ve used the clen for just over 2 weeks now, but only just increased it to 120mcg this morning, which I will run for another week, as I feel I’m still dropping fat with no change to diet and then switch to ECA.
I’m taking 20mg Yohimbine with fasted cardio in the morning too, which I believe has helped with lower abdominal fat.

I was just referring to someone with as much muscle as you do, but obviously at pro level, they’ll be trying to fine tune each body part, rather than trying to add slabs of mass.

Sorry for all the questions haha, but in one of your videos you say your arms were lagging (compared to the rest of your physique) would you focus on increasing frequency on arms and maybe place them at the front of your sessions (as long as they don’t take away max effort from your compound movements)

Jordan, after your prep with Milos when you had to drop a lot of fat, did you ever take t3 up quite high to help and would you ever advocate it to any clients?

Yeah, I thought that but Stefan mentioned (on page 59/60) that Adex is too week and Aromasin is too strong?!

How are you feeling after dropping all that water, Jordan? Also, would you say letro is a stronger ai than aromasin?
