    I use eq only if it’s pharmaceutical grade and at 250/week (more than enough).
    You can do all your cycle with 400/500,I personally don’t go over 500,I tried (cause I was young and stupid lol but got only sides effects)

    Test e and test c are the same,I suggest to keep what you started (so test e).
    If it’s your first time with Tren A ,you can start with lower than 300.

    I can’t say by lb cause I m French ????

    But I advise between 2g and 3g per kilo of body weight adjusted on body fat,muscle mass and other factors.

    hey hyacine, what type of training do you prefer push pull legs or 1 bro split a muscle group per day or 2 (this being a muscle that you have difficulty developing)?
    what are the advantages of one or another type of training and why do you see more athletes doing 1 bro split than push pull legs? hug

    For me I like both,and go from one to the other depending on what I need.
    For clients it’s the same except women’s physique who are all on ppl.
    You see lot of athlete on ppl in Europe,mainly uk and Germany.
    Usa and Canada and Brazil are more split

    One muscle per session is a great way to work too.
    But frequency is limited so it depends on your needs and recovery capablilities

    [/quote]I completely agree with you Hyacine, but imagine that type of training you can always bet on placing other muscle groups on the same day but with less exercises and sets always giving you more stimulation in the week which will help to develop you more in my opinion. Sometimes a higher frequency of training of a muscle group does not mean greater evolution or growth because often what is needed is even more rest and I do not train, I think of course. Here in this application everything is very much focused on the ppl style and its variations and I also really like this type of training, I just think it creates more deficits than benefits because you always end up with weaker muscles or with difficulty to develop than others. It is a simple opinion that many people here do not like it because they say that 1 bro split is not even training because “nobody trains only chest on a day that is mere stupidity” lol .. You can defend one type of training but never underestimate other good types of training or even better than ppl being well adjusted. Hug, sorry for the will and opinion.

    Read again my answers.
    I m not saying ppl is better than split.
    I m saying than depending on circumstances,needs,and other factors,you ca switch from ppl to split.
    Each method has pros and cons.

    what should be done to make a prep with a lot of carbs ?
    how to do the weeks / months before getting to that

    First you have to understand how the metabolism works and how the carb are used.
    Then you have to understand the level of precision you need to be on that kind of diet (you can’t switch carb sources for example).

    All training style and cardio have a place and a moment when on that type of diet.

    And most important: you can’t be high carb from day one to show day.

    Lot of work needs to be done prior to prep.

    Oui on peut.
    Déjà pendant cette période de confinement et à part si tu as accès à une salle le mieux est d être en cruising et repos/detox.
    Donc juste de quoi maintenir les acquis,baisser la fréquence d entraînement et nettoyer tous les organes

    Well France is in « confinement ».
    Means we can’t get out of our home
    Except for groceries,help weak people,work.
    My advices if you re in the same situation: don’t lower your intake,it’s easier to lose fat than build muscle.
    Stay active as much as you can even if it’s body weight activities.
