    Je suis du même avis: test uniquement.
    N importe quel ester,ça ne fera aucune différence.
    Petit dosage (250 enanthate tous les 5 jours pour commencer)
    Normalement un anti œstrogène n est pas obligatoire parce qu on aromatisepas avec si peu mais en avoir un sous la main quand même.
    Durée de 12 à 16 semaines ensuite prise de sang et pct

    Je sais pas si la question a déjà été posé mais est ce que prendre de GH pendant longtemps peut désensibiliser le corps à l’insuline ?
    Si oui comment y remédier ?

    Ça va désensibiliser thyroïde et insuline.

    Yes it helps but you can progress for long time before you « need » it.
    In fact it’s even pointless before you reach a certain level.
    You have to use it for « long » time,I recommand 4 months minimum straight.
    You can start with 4iu split in two for your first time use

    merci par contre pour la créatine certains dis ce qu’il ne faut surtout pas l’utiliser avant l’entraînement et d’autres sont de fervent défenseur à le prendre en pré training toi qu’en penses-tu et pour quelle raison ?

    La créatine est à prendre post training.
    Elle peut être utilisé intra avec de l’insu et des protocoles très précis.
    L utiliser pré training descend la glycémie et donc les performances,si il y’a une diet basse carbs.
    Dans le cadre d une diet haut en carbs elle fait baisser ausssi la glycémie donc je deconseille

    Salut Hyacine, penses-tu qu’il y a une différence entre prendre de la créatine, glutamine en off saison ou en préparation par rapport à celui qui n’en n’utilise pas ?

    Il y en a une sur la récupération et le gain de Force pour la créatine et donc le tissue construit ou préservé sur le long terme.

    Et une différence sur la digestion pour la glutamine,qui ne sert qu à aider le système digestif donc en prendre post training ou intra training est vraiment debile

    Je sais que tu aimes les dietes hautes en carb et donc basse en lipides.
    Conseillerais tu cela aussi pour des gens naturels ?
    Et si oui/non, si tu devais donner un ordre d’idée general, de combien conseillerais tu comme seuil (limite basse) à ne pas descendre ?
    (Je sais qu’il n’y a pas de formule générale ni de donnés pour tout le monde, mais je pense que les lipides ne vont pas avoir de très gros écarts selon les individus non?)

    Lol je « n aime pas »,j ai aussi des athlètes qui ont besoin de descendre bas sur leur carbs et rester haut en lipides.

    Oui je conseille aussi cela pour les gens naturels,ça fonctionne aussi très bien.

    Le seuil est je pense de 60/80g par jour pour quelqu’un de naturel,en dessous le système hormonal s effondrera

    Quand tu utilises un push pull legs, comment as-tu l’habitude d’organiser tes séances legs ?
    Comment rattraper un déficit droite/gauche sur les quads due à une vieille blessure en boxe ?
    Bilatéral début de séance et ajouter du leg ext + fentes bulgares en uni sur la fin ?

    Je prends un jour avant ou après pour être sûr que la récupération est optimale.
    Avant ou après dépend de l athlète.
    Mes séances sont toujours organisées en fonction des priorités et dès besoins de l athlète.

    Oui tu peux faire comme ça,mets toujours le unilateral à la fin

    thanks for the live! it was so educational and learnt something more! (funny too ???? ) even for pull down video!!! i going to watch it again before to perform it next session!  quick question why you don’t want post Anne check up at 3 weeks out? ah if I can ask! thanks!! go so fast the time!

    I will post another educational video tomorrow (I think) and a couple each week,just need some ideas.
    I don’t want to post Anne check up for several reasons:
    – I want her to really focus on the last phase of the prep,which is the most exhausting phase both physically and mentally,so all the pressure and stress coming from social media will be attenuated if she posts less.she will be more focus on training and posing.
    – to keep a surprise effect on stage,if you show everything,there s no surprise.
    – all competitors and coaches comes and check others competitors because the list is posted 12+ weeks out,so his conditioning will remain secret (and it’s all honesty really crazy).
    I will post her condition the night before the stage and Maybe dona live once we are there if she’s not too tired and I have time

    I understand about the “social media pressure” matter and the comparison. (Actually I should avoid me too it specially the comparison matters and LOL I am really nuts!) At her level is much more pressure, well maybe she built more brain strength too with the stage experience but still….prep brain still play some games, I guess!
    Oh about ideas, anything about training can be useful! Or about diet! Training for Figure kinda for ladies so upper body shoulder, delts, and legs why not? and BB classic for men! Chest, arms, legs and Ah Seems that many are interested in gear! ????

    Other questions, is cardio on the stairs essential to leave the gluteus striated? Do you have low and high days with athletes in pre-competition or just lower your calories gradually and when they are relatively low do you start making high days on carbohydrates? hug

    Essential no,but flexing hard your glutes can help to bring up details and maturity.
    I have refeed days when needed but I rarely cycle,I prefer to adjust from feedback.
    For example if an athlete tells me:
    « I feel tired,pump is low,appetite if low,performances are low… »

    It depends on the starting point :bodyfat,diet,training etc.
    But it’s usually composed by:
    Test
    Primo
    Masteron
    Then other compounds comes when needed.
    My rule for’cardio is: as much as needed,as low as possible.
    So it’s anywhere between zero and 90 minutes a day

    Yes I put it,not every time but I do.
    No primobolan and masteron are not the same things,you can use both and get gray results.
    Trenbolone is not a compound you have to use,but it can help

    Or course the weight has something to do with the dosages but it’s also individuals.

    I m gonna give you ranges but without knowing your past,some pics and your current diet,i can’t be very specific.

    Test e: 300 to 500

    Mast p (I don’t advise the enanthate ester with mast): 300-450

    Primo: 300-500

    All weekly,assuming that you have really high quality stuff
