Other questions, is cardio on the stairs essential to leave the gluteus striated? Do you have low and high days with athletes in pre-competition or just lower your calories gradually and when they are relatively low do you start making high days on carbohydrates? hug
Essential no,but flexing hard your glutes can help to bring up details and maturity.
I have refeed days when needed but I rarely cycle,I prefer to adjust from feedback.
For example if an athlete tells me:
« I feel tired,pump is low,appetite if low,performances are low… »
Then I adjust

Hyacine for you what is the best pre contest cycle for men? On average what is the maximum cardio time per day that you put an athlete on? hug
It depends on the starting point :bodyfat, diet, training etc.
But it’s usually composed by:
Test
Primo
Masteron
Then other compounds comes when needed.
My rule for’cardio is: as much as needed,as low as possible.
So it’s anywhere between zero and 90 minutes a day

You dont put tren on your pre contest protocol? Aren’t primobolan and masteron almost the same thing? Wouldn’t you rather use trenbolone with one of these compounds?
hug
Yes I put it,not every time but I do.
No primobolan and masteron are not the same things, you can use both and get gray results.
Trenbolone is not a compound you have to use,but it can helpInsta: @hyacine_nassir @trainedbyjp

Hey Hyacine!
You use T3 and t4 in your pre contest protocols? In my opinion t3 and t4 makes me flat..
CheersI can use when the athletes is using hgh for long period (depending on bloodwork),so it happened maybe a 3 times so far.
But you re absolutely right: thyroid hormons in high dosages will make you flat.
I don’t use more than 37.5,not less than 25 of t3.
T4 depends on other factors.

Another question, when the athlete changes from offseason to pre contest, do you make a big drop in calories mostly in carbohydrates or do you prefer to make a gradual drop in calories? Example: lower carbohydrates from 700g to 300g daily?
Thats a good question.
And my answer is no,I don’t do big drop like 700==>300 as it’s really stressful for the body, you will go flat really quick and hit plateaus sooner than expected.
I allways do it progressively.
But my first move is almost in any cases to increase expends: like add some cardio and cut cheat meal, usually that’s enough to start the process

I have exactly the same opinion. I really appreciate your work as a coach, @almbody is in excellent condition 4 weeks out. Excellent job!!
Thank you,
We ve beat her best physique from last season 3 weeks ago.
3 weeks to push the conditioning is more than what we need.
Just need to be careful to not turn flat or lose density and she will present her best package on stageInsta: @hyacine_nassir @trainedbyjp

Salut hyacine

Salut Hyacine ! Merci pour ta réponse précédente.
Question tan aujourd’hui.
