    Anavar cycle: 20mg/ed 10mg morning incl fasted cardio and 10mg around 5pm (post workout with hgh, 15min before post workout meal) good or bad timing?

    I only use it 1h ore training.
    And I rarely go over 10 for females

    Last leg Arnold

    Upon awakening: 200mg coQ10 + 600mg nac + vit D3k2 + 200mxg chromium + astragalus + 400mg curcumin + citrus bergamot 500mg + 2g omega3 + 300mg magnesium biscyglinate+ 70cl water⚠️+ 800mg phosphatydilserine

    Prep cardio: + Clen + 1 black coffee

    40 minutes cardio liss

    Meal 1: 50g iso + 50g cream of rice + cinnamon + 15galmond butter

    Meal 2: (pre training meal) 50g iso + ⚠️80g créam of rice + 1g pink salt + 300mg berberine hcl

    Intra training: 30g eaa + 1g pink salt

    Post training: 50g iso +1g vit C hcl

    Meal 3: 200g chicken cooked + 100g cucumber ⚠️+ 1g pink salt

    Phosphatydilserine uniquement pour le cortisol.
    C est très technique et assez cher donc pas utile avant un niveau très avancé

    Last rest day before Terrence flyes to Orlando.
    Told him yesterday that we will use the rest day to drop some water.
    Changed my mind as he dropped a little,so a bit more carbs than last rest day.
    He looked tighter and dryer/leaner this morning.

    Training volume and intensity has been dropped smartly by joe (hypertrophycoach)

    Thanks for this Hyacine – very helpful.

    Question for you:

    Let’s say you had a client who wanted to use 2 injectable compounds on a cycle with a maximum weekly mg dose of 700-800 mgs (I know you don’t like measuring dosages in weeks, my apologies).

    Given these constraints, what would an off-season cycle look like and what would a pre-contest cycle look like?

    Alyssia est très en avance et donc on peut gérer plus souple.
    Terrence a une limite de poids à ne pas depasser
