I allways go for exemestane/aromasin (différents names but same compounds).really soft on lipid profile.
Second choice is arimidex/anastrozole but a bit harder on lipid profile.What I avoid: Femara/letrozole as it’s the hardest on blood lipid

Le fait d enchaîner 6 a 10 mouvements a lenchec est en réalité plus exigeant pour le système nerveux.

I m’happy it’s noticeable cause it was the main area she needed and still need to improve.The first parameter is : right programmation.
I set up a training routine according to her needs and her previous injury (left knee).
It was low volume the first weeks then I upped the volume and rep range but told her to maintain the weight she was using.
And now she’s working 12-15 reps with the weight she was using to get 6-8 reps.The second parameter is: rest.
I see people doing legs eod to improve.
Let’s say that it works,what you do next?very day?twice a day?

Hi mate,
Currently 8 weeks out from Arnold aus amateur, first show can’t wait.
I intend on being off for a considerable period this year after the comp.
my question is – does the amount of carbohydrates one can take in and absorb differ much from being enhanced to natural??
If so how can I modify my diet to suit this

Yes it differs,I can’t give you a calculator formula because it’s really individual (lifestyle,trainig style,metabolism,age etc.).
It also depend on what you are using at the moment (Gh,t3 and ped).
My advice: increase your carb intake slowly week after week and keep your cardio.
Adjust your carb intake with your shape.Feel free to post some pics so I can give more detailed advices

I m working with Anne for 18 months,we started together around a month before she got her pro status.
Peak strategy: be really lean and with the condition needed.
Then it’s just about dropping the little bit of water she has and get her full at same time.
No potassium/sodium balance,no crazy manipulation on water (she drank 5 liters the day before Chicago and 3 liters on show day).
No crazy things with diuretics either if we use cause it happens that we did not.
We booked an air b n b in colombus as I want to be able to cook and weight everything myself,not more than 5 minutes drive from the expo/stage.
We will do a live a couple weeks before the Arnold for sure.
If you coming to the Arnold don’t hesitate to tell us if you want to go eat or join us at the expo

You re competing in men’s physique and from what I see on this pic you don’t need to use anything more.
Work on the balance of your physique (a bit more upper chest will gain you places on this pose).
Push your conditioning a bit more too,I think you can gain places being a bit more conditioned.
