    Hi Hermann,

    Honestly I would only recommand tb500 for some case of injuries.
    Except that one I don’t use peptides and don’t avisé any of my clients to use it.
    Save your money for something sure as it becomes quicly expensive and non convenient to pin peptides throughout the day

    Que fais tu utiliser à quelqu’un qui voudrait faire un cycle mais qui n’a jamais rien utilisé?

    Je vois bcp de coach notamment ici qui conseil plutôt de commencer avec 250mg à 300mg de test par semaine

    Pour quelqu’un qui n a jamais utilisé quoi que ce soit je conseillerai de commencer par uniquement de la test,n importe quel ester avec des dosages bas.
    Essayer d en tirer le plus possible puis sur le second cycle augmenter légèrement.

    Je pense qu on peut ajouter quelque chose a partir du 3 eme cycle mais inutile d utiliser quelque chose de trop « violent », du primo fera amplement l affaire.

    Hey,

    I use refeed during prep with almost athlète when ever and as often as needed.
    (My) definition of a refeed : a succession of meals (3 to 5) on one or 2 days with high carbs content and low fat.

    Cheat I use them more off season than in prep (except if in prep I need a very dense meal for heavy athletes for example).

    For the Arnold: considering the crazy line up,at least crack the top 10,placing top 5 would be crazy but it’s attainable.

    For the season: win a show and get an olympia qualification,then get to the finals (top10).

    Anne has made really good improvements where it was needed: her quads.
    So I think her overall shape would be even more competitive in pro shows and will be competitive for a top 10 at Olympia

    Btw I understand that it’s difficult to prepare yourself when travelling! Very messy! Not the good and boring routine! Too much and stress and things out of control! This can be cool but for example for me in prep…I m kind same treadmill same gym LOL ???? … And that treadmill! Kidding!
    Btw Seems exciting traveling to support your athletes! I don’t think that the stage is everything! It is a great achievement but the process is much more cool…at least for me!
    So maybe see you almost stage ready or on stage that will be nice! I m sure you will be TOP! X

    You re absolutely right: athletes needs routine to be 100% efficient.
    When I travel,especially with athletes,I m gonna wake up early,go bed late (for example this week end I slept around 10 hours in 3 nights,cumulated),I will miss training session,and not eat at same time.

    But I don’t complain at all: I m doing exactly what I want to do,doing what I love with my best friends in the world so what could i complain ?????

    I will work the next 12 weeks to gain some size and get close to the condition and physique I want at 6 weeks out.
    I don’t think I will document it here cause I don’t think it will interest lot of people but if it creates interest I will post progress pics and update my diet frequently to show how a fat and lazy coach can get in an « okay shape »????

    Why I am on BB hiptrust 120kg X 20 relatevely strong and on the machine I m soooooo (a pussy) weak 50 kg X 8 ???? and I m dying?
    I admit that I m doing machine since 3 weeks only and BB trust since 6 years but LOL….my muscles should be strong anyway? …. Women and booty goals drama! ????

    Hey jessy!

    It could be because the range of motion of the machine Involve more a muscles of the glutes than the others,or because you can’t engage your quads as much as with barbell.
    Tag me on a story or send me a video of both exercices and I ll give you my opinion about your form if you want

    D une façon générale je favorise les ester courts à l exception du primo qui n existe pas en court.
    Donc le plus court est le mieux.
    Il n y a que pour la test ou je laisse le choix.
    Les ester courts retiennent moins d eau car ils s accumulent moins au fur et à mesure de semaines.
    Et certaines molécules sont i opérantes sous forme longue (comme le tren enanthate)

    want to take my upcoming offseason to next level ..was thinking to use 200 mg test and 400 mg deca  what’s your though on deca as a bulking compound
    2nd que whats your fav bulk compound
    3rd what you think how much weight should one gain in per week keeping in mind that we want minimum fat gain and water retention

    Sorry for my late answer,I’m usually faster to answer but it’s a mess since I’m back from Italy !(and it’s was a mess there as well????)
    Concerning your first question: firstly I would advise you to use more test than deca.
    Secondly I would suggest you to switch deca for npp (less water retention and less aromatize/œstrogèns side effects).
    Second question: My fav compounds for bulk are:
    Test enanthate,npp,primo.
    You can grow like grass with those 3 and stay lean at same time.
    Third question: depends on the athlete!
    Guys weighing 80kg will put less pounds per week than guys weighing 120.
    So it’s case by case,if you put more infos about you,I could answer with more precision

    i was thinking to use deca instead of npp bcoz of long ester.. as i hate pinning dont know why ????
    but now m thinking to use npp[/quote]

    I would say 300/600g per week is a good rate

    Wrote it at the last line: 300/600g per week is a good rate to stay lean.
    Work with pictures too,not only weight.
    You can also work with measurements to compare from week to week.

    Désolé de répondre aussi tard mais c était un peu la course depuis le retour d Italie.

    Hors saison,et ça va paraître bizarre mais je pense qu à moins que ce ne soit un souci de masse musculaire,il ne faut rien utiliser.
    Si l athlète manque de masse musculaire alors les mêmes choses qu en prepa (primo et anavar sans forcément combiner les deux).

    Le fait qu elle concourrent a un niveau international ne signifie pas forcément qu elles aient besoin de plus que des filles concourant à un niveau national.
    Vous seriez surpris de savoir le peu que peuvent utiliser les meilleures pro du monde.
