Hi Hyacine,
Come back with some questions! ????
(Got many ahah everrryday something to question!)
Btw if there is a general, women need more time of prep Vs men? For example myself I don’t lean out easily on lower body. Holding fat and honestly I don’t know if I got some muscle under all fat! 0 0 LOL ???? I guess some! It’s an hormonal matter?
Sorry for all my questions, maybe amateurs kind of… keep learning! Thanks! ????
KellyHi Kelly!
Ask as many questions you have!
The amount of time needed depends more on the shape
And conditions you re started, some get really fat off season, others stays lean and need less time.
There s anything saying that women needs more time
Than men.
Retaining more on lower body is normal on women because of the hormonal system don’t worry,it will go during prep.We all started somewhere and had questions (I still have questions of course as I m learning every day) and that’s why we re here : saving you time and health from the mistake we did lol.

Hello Hyacine.
It would be great to see your approaches, specially in wpd and figure, since those are categories where chemicals are more frequently used. For example, would you prefer orals Over injectables to better control side effects? Would you “bridge” or simply stop completely and during how much time? Thanks in advance!Hi,
I use almost no orals except low doses of anavar.there is, in fact less side effects from injectables than orals.
I completely stop and clean the system, there no point for women to cruise or bridge.
Duration of the pause depends of the duration « on ».
Better start a cycle when you re 100% recovered from the previous one.
If you have more specifics questions, you re welcome

Hey !
What differences you see between coaching amateurs and pros? There’s no particular differences if the goal of the amateur is to become pro and has already the work ethic and mindset of a pro.

Salut Hyacine !
How many weeks do you keep the same training protocol ?
When it’s more interesting to go with a bro split with higher volume ? When recovery capabilities are lower ?Hey!
I keep it until it’s doesn’t work ,so anywhere between 6 and 12 weeks.
Bro split is pertinent when you want to put more attention on particulars body parts and yes, recovery plays its part.

Great @hyacine, I like that jeje. And how do you prefer to organize the training split with you or your clients? Maybe PPL, bro split … do you prefer more frequent sessions with less volume or more volume per workout less frequently?
For me I alternate according to my needs between ppl and bro split (just posted my training split with more details in my section).
Fréquence and volume is rarely the solution to progress, especially on weak or lagging body parts,i prefer to think about what I do and do it better and smarter than doing it more often.
Same with the athletes I m working with

Hi @hyacine! Let’s continue with the questions hahaha.
What is your favorite training system?
Do you also like a low volume trying to get strong in different ranges of repetitions with a top set and a back off set?
What do you think of high intensity techniques?
I am looking forward to learning as much as possible from you !!Hey!
Favorite training system is basic progressive overload with some intensification techniques: rest pause, drop set, forced reps
Yes that’s pretty much what I do: 1 to 2 working sets to failure and (not always) a back up set with lighter weight.
Intensity techniques or good if it’s not overused and if it’s to go beyond failure.
For example something I see and is the most misused intensity techniques is drop set.
Doing 10 reps,then 10 lighter,then 10
Lighter and not reaching failure one time Is not IntensityInsta: @hyacine_nassir @trainedbyjp

bonjour luca,
Merci.
Quel type d’acide gras ?polyinsaturés (AGPI)?

Merci !Salut,
Oui ils jouent dessus,quasiment tous.
Pour cette raison que la diet est certains compléments sont primordiaux.Citrus bergamotte (love heart de TrainedByJP est parfait).

Thank you sirrr ❤ so i lower the carb and in the contest day i increase it right ? Second question what is the point with fat ? I see bodybuilders Who take fat even in the final day
On show day you can keep a moderate carb intake but I suggest to eat little amount of food to keep the waist tight.
But you have to carb up the day before (or even 2 days before) to get fullness and get dryer.
You can reduce fat when you carb up but I recommend to keep it before the carb up to keep fullness.
I sometimes make a « fat up » before the carb up (a day eating high amount of fat before carbing up)
I keep fat « high » during carb up when the athlete digest fast and tend to spill out and turn flat quick.Hope it will help

Welcome sir, any tips for the peak week for a natural athlete ?
Hi,
Thank you!My recommandations about Peak week for natural athlete (those recommandations works also for enhanced atheltes):
– don’t overthink it trying to do crazy things like sodium/potassium balance and drinking crazy amount of water and salting heavy…
-don’t go to full carb depletion, lower your intake but have carbs
– don’t go zero fat!!!
-don’t cut water,you can reduce the intake,but don’t cut!!!
-don’t forget minerals: sodium,potassium,magnésium
If you have more specifics questions, please ask????????
