– concert In pro card those who missed close last year (including you!)
-qualify at least 4 athletes for the Olympia (Samir,carol,Max,alexis,anne)
-help Anne to get to top 5 at this year Arnold Classic.
– help as many people as I ca. To improve and get to their goals

Hi again @hyacine!! Without intending to seem bored or repetitive, I raise a question that has already been set out in the supplementation section but which I would like to know your opinion about and is about the use of Proviron to control SHBG and thus increase free testosterone or its possible replacement for 6mg of boron am and pm (I saw this in an old publication of the great Dante Trudel).
It’s not boring don’t worry!
Proviron has a great affinity with SHBG, so if you use it, it will bind to the SHBG, so you will have more free test,more free test leads to more protein synthesis leading to to more muscle mass.
So yes it makes sens to use proviron for this purpose.I have no idea about replacing with boron but I will try to find the publication

I realy like your approach, especially when it comes to training and diet with zero cheat meals jajaja, although I think that a moderate amount of carbohydrates works best for me, especially when I train and completing the necessary calories with some healthy fats.

Very interesting questions!First I would say that I m a pain in the ass for every athletes that works with me: I want feedbacks about almost every thing and very often,I criticize everything (from how you cook to your form on training to the choice of your supplements)
On diet I m a high carbs dieter (for the majority),I don’t use cheat meals or even cheat days on prep.
I like clean food all prep and for carb up except rare cases that I can count on one hand.Concerning training I like low volume training but I mix it with moderate volume,same with athletes I work with.
I think all this parameters worked on all athletes I worked with so far,from amateurs to pros.

I want to start by saying that I m really happy and honored to be here!
I m a member of the website for 4 years and what I learned here helped me and still helps me a LOT!
Now it’s my turn to help so don’t be shy to ask me any question you might have and I ll be happy to help (on training,supps,diet and posing or any bodybuilding related topics).I started this bodybuilding thing in 2014,at least it was my first prep but i Was a big fan of the sport since 2010.
I competed 4 times at national level in bodybuilding class and switched to classic at mr Olympia alicante 2018 (my worst showing ????).
