If goal is a baby,stay away from any drugs except test as a trt if needed for a moment.
Get a bloodwork and get your lh checked to have an idea of where you are.
If lh is low,fix it.Then I suggest a spermogramme to check Sperm quality

Here is Alyssia Kiessling last update and her diet + ped protocol.
We re still more than 20 weeks from the couple show we re aiming for.
Primo will be cut next week and for 6 weeks (so you don’t think that she’s gonna run primo for 20+ weeks).
Nb: I m saying 20+ to not give too much précisions and also because nothing is sure these days.
Alyssia Kiessling
Days on
Upon awakening: 200mg coq10 + 200mcg chromium + 600mg nac + 400mg
Tudca + multivitamines
20 minutes hit except on leg days
Meal 1: 300g egg white + 110g cream Of rice + 1yolk + cinnamon + 30g berries
Meal 2: 150g chicken cooked +’250g white rice cooked
Meal’3: same + veggies +’200 mcg chromium
Meal 4(last of the day): 150g salmon cooked +’100g white rice cooked
Pre taining meal: 35g iso + 100g cream of rice + cinnamon + 15g honey+ 1g pink salt
Intra training: 15g eaa + 1g pink’salt +’water
Post training: 35g iso + 55g puffed rice (80 on back/pull day and leg day)
Before bed: 600mg
Nac + 300mg magnesium +'(600mg ashwagandha ksm66 optional)
6 liters water/day minimum
No cheat
No sweeteners

What’s your thoughts on keeping test « low » at 250-300mg/week off season and go higher with primo and mast ? I don’t use any ai.
If I go above 500mg test/week even with an ai keeping e2 at same level with 250mg I don’t feel the same, acne starts to come etc.
Generally I keep primo at 400-600, mast at 200-300 max. If needed sometimes 100mg tren for 6-8 weeks at the end of the bulk.

I tried them, but I just prefer long esthers for oil volume (I’m using primo too).
And that 200-300/week was to not use any ai during my bulk.
Do you have some guy’s that can go to 500 without any ai ? Probably using some masteron.
I have 400 primo, 100 tren with my test.

I have guys using 500 without any AI.
But if they go over and want to use any kind of nandrolone they will have to use an AI.

Hey everyone!!!
So if you follow me on Instagram,maybe you saw that Alyssa Kiessling won the NYPRO and got her 2021 Olympia qualification.
Really happy about that as we’ve been working closely since January.
Here are couple pics comparisons from beginning of prep and show day.
She dropped ~5lbs between those pics in approximatively 16 weeks.
Food has been relatively high through the prep,cardio never exceeded 30 minutes a day.
Never used any t3 or t4.
No test,no Tren,no nandrolone,no masteron,
She had high carb day really often and some sushi’s too.
Only two different training routines but not really different as I just adjusted volume and some movements.
She looks amazing and a well deserved win! Well done to both ?[/quote]

Ou par rapport au rapport testo boldo ?non juste parce que c est trop haut et aue tu auras beaucoup d effets secondqires qui mettront du temps a partir compte tenue de la demi vie du bold

E2 bas lors du contrôle en s5 ( =9pg/ml) ( 50 en pré cycle )
800 boldo + 600 testo E
Ajout de proviron 50mg/d en s3
Aucune prise d’AI.
E2 bas liée au proviron ?
Que faire, remonter les e2 ? Si oui comment? diminution du proviron 25mg/d ?Je couperai le proviron pour voir comment ça réagit.

Should i feel something from 40mcg clen on empty stomach before cardio? I dont feel any shakes hands or something, maybe not all have these sides effects?
I never had any sides on clen,but I never used more than 60 (was pharmaceutical grade clen)

True, but coach is expensive when i swap my money for £ its alot :d maybe you will switch bold for anavar Or take out bold?
I started broke.
First thing I should have invest in is not ped but a coach.
Should have save money and have a side job to pay that.
