Hello we Talking in insta, Just want to know im in good spot? Im in prep 9 weeks already i want cut all fat and build good quality Mass, in Photo im 82kg now i am 80.8, cardio is 7×50 fasted on Bike 160-170hr and 70,000 steps per week, diet is training Day 250 protein, 25 fats, 260 carbs +20 intra, not training Day diet is 160 carbs 40 fat 250 protein, Gear 550 test enan week, 400 propionat masteron week, 500 boldenon week, t3 40mcg and 3 days ago first time i take 20mcg clen, my question is should i keep going or change something in diet, cardio, drugs? To much or 2less? I don’t have big brain like you guys when to cut some cardio when to add some food you have magic IQ Just should i keep going or swap something?
From my point of view:
For 9 weeks out you re a bit late.
Fat are too low.
I wouldn’t use bold on prep.
You gave general informations so I can only answer with general answers.I agree with Jordan on this: you will understand a lot of things about your questions and our answers with more experience.

I warm up delts and rotator before anything upper body training.
And some bike and mobility before lower body

What is the minimum daily IU dosage would you recommend for it to be worthwhile running? For a competitive bodybuilder.
3/day,had really good results with bb,even heavy ones just with 3/day.

Just split in two tour daily intake.

Some tips that might help you:-Do more cardio (especially fasted)
-don’t eat fast acting carbs
-use chromium and berberine and ALA every other meal (or even better use in sure at 1 caps for 50g of carbs).

I would be fine.
Anywhere between 150 and 250 of test (enanthate) per week would be fine,depending on your body,weight etc.
