    I was curious if you could provide insight as to what dose of GH would be effective for anti aging purposes (I.e. skin improvements)?

    If it’s only for anti aging purpose,I would suggest 2iu/day (if it’s from pharm grade hgh)

    Here is Alyssia Kiessling last update and her diet + ped protocol.
    We re still more than 20 weeks from the couple show we re aiming for.
    Primo will be cut next week and for 6 weeks (so you don’t think that she’s gonna run primo for 20+ weeks).
    Nb: I m saying 20+ to not give too much précisions and also because nothing is sure these days.

    Days on

    Upon awakening: 200mg coq10 + 200mcg chromium + 600mg nac + 400mg
    Tudca + multivitamines

    20 minutes hit except on leg days

    Meal 1: 300g egg white + 110g cream Of rice + 1yolk + cinnamon + 30g berries

    Meal 2: 150g chicken cooked +’250g white rice cooked

    Meal’3: same + veggies +’200 mcg chromium

    Meal 4(last of the day): 150g salmon cooked +’100g white rice cooked

    Pre taining meal: 35g iso + 100g cream of rice + cinnamon + 15g honey+ 1g pink salt

    Intra training: 15g eaa + 1g pink’salt +’water

    Post training: 35g iso + 55g puffed rice (80 on back/pull day and leg day)

    6 liters water/day minimum
    No cheat

    I would switch oats for someting easier to digest,and 60ml of egg white is not enough

    Not a big fan of industrial muffin

    Meal 5

    I would switch yogurt for a better protein source

    Yes I have already 4 caps morning, 4 caps evening from vital support. But not liver support, will try this one on top too.
    Cardio I do 30mn fasted walk and 30mn after meal 5, before meal 6 (10k steps/day). Impossible to do another form of cardio due to lockdown (but I can train in a private gym, that’s one good point).
    My BP is still around 160/90+. Do I need to add something specific to regulate that ?

    If you have vital support,it is a liver support you you re covered.

    why this much cardio?

    What’s your bp morning when you wake up?
    And after 10 minutes laying ?

    Hey Hyacine ! Hope you’re going well !
    First question, how do you manage high bp during a cycle ? I upped my love heart to two caps morning, two caps evening. I’m on 300 test p, 225 tren a, 225 mast p.
    Second one. Do you still train Rany Issa ? How do you work training wise with him ?
    Last one. Stefan is not part of the forum anymore ? I know you guys are good friends and I haven’t seen anything from him or Jp concerning that.

    Bp: you re using the right stuff,you could add some vital support for your kidneys and liver support (has a long to bp).
    Do cardio! It’s really important to keep your bp under control.

    No I m done working with him since alicante and the mess he did there.
    That guy is un coachable.

    Stefan: sadly,he considers me as a friend,me… I m not sure,he’s like a weird uncle you know??
    I don’t see his log anymore and it’s not from me to talk about it but I m’sure you can reach Stefan on Instagram and he will answer (if you can understand a word he’s saying cause he’s a bit weir)

    It’s an interesting compound.

    would I recommend it? Yes.

    But only pharmaceutical grade and only for advanced athletes.
    Also be sure that you can afford it.
    3iu/day is enough to get results from it for a long time

    I ve always squatted atg and always advised my atheltes to do so.
    Less stress on knees and better overall development.
    Only paralell squat in body using purposes I could suggest is box squat

    Could be that but I would
    Look on the protocol first before using any.
    Using less will sometimes leads to less side effect with same or better progression
